Their American Classic plain pound cake is a decent product for the price, but like the majority of dessert manufacturers in the USA they use the dreaded "hydrogenated oils" and add too much "sugar". (No wonder so many Americans have diabetes). I will not buy their pound cake again unless they find a way to do away with the unhealthy additives.

I saw three types of pound cake at my local Family Dollar. I could not believe a cake that size could only be $1. I picked the lemon one and I must say, it was moist, light and very delicious. Will be sure to buy again in the future.

I purchased two days ago a four pack of their raisin bran muffins and they were near unetable. They were dry, near tasteless, and very grainy. We tried to eat one of them yesterday and today I tried to eat another today. It caught in my throat after one bite. I threw it out with the rest of them. Just the worst food product I can remember.

Product is below average. No consistency in product size or ingredients. Owner could care a less. Avoid this place at all possible.
First i tried a coffee crumb cake.. very dry and had a fake sugar taste.. gave the company a second chance .. bought a marble pound cake.. even worse.. hard dry and rubbery taste with burnt edges ..seems like they are all made from the same process and ingredients .. yuck..
