The service is warm & friendly. It's a traditional West Indian mom & pop restaurant, nothing super fancy but you can smell all the wonderful spices when you come through the door. The portions are large and seasoned well, but my food was incredibly salty. It tasted like hypertension with a side of stroke. I had steamed fish and my partner had griot. He was pleased with his meal but agreed that mine was too salty and he's heavy handed with the salt shaker in my opinion. I can't recommend this restaurant based on my experience, but if they were to cut back on the salt significantly I'd give them a second chance. On the plus side, the rice was delicious. It was firm, single grains and not clumpy and mushy. I didn't even bite into any cloves! Maybe they used clove powder. The plantain was fried perfectly. The restaurant was clean. You can decide for yourself.

Fried banana was cut too thick. The griot had no seasoning. The tomato sauce was watery and salty. The rice and pikliz was good. They give you a large serving and the customer service was friendly.

A lot of food. If you don' t like spicy food don't get any meat or fish. You can get legume. That's why I gave 4 stars. If you love spicy food the best ?. They serve breakfast and the "mais" is delicious.

It's an ok place to order take out. They moved next door, which is smaller; maybe cheaper rent, mot sure. They do need to invest on good quality take out containers for their food. Food is ok, could be better.

Bad customer service. The people are so rude. (Yo bourik)

The sauce meat rice was great. Sauce was quite greasy which I wasn't surprised, nothing a little spooning out most of the grease wouldn't fix. Easy, no complaints. I was drooling, felt like I got transported back to haiti lol. Only issue I have is place needs upgrades, I would like to see some menus and prices beforehand. I would call to help save a few minutes if I knew what they regularly cook on Saturdays. Although there's a picture online, I can't actually see it cause lots looks blurry. But I was told in time they'll have that done. Place is small so don't expect much. As long as you go there for some good food, I recommend.

I ordered some fritay over the phone the other day. After 30mns, I headed up there to pick up my food. Guess what? I spent another 60mns waiting... And at the end, the guy told me the other guy took my order not him and he didn't have anymore food. I just thanked him and called Applebee's where I got exactly what I ordered without even waiting. So one less customer!"M order manje a, m rete tann manje a epi yo di m pa gen manje. Hmmm merci bokou my people." Foli manje fritay sa pase pou yon bon bout tann.

I am rating the restaurant poorly due to bad customer service when calling the restaurant. The person answering the phone was rude when I inquired about an order I placed via Grubhub (which was never delivered/received), the person got loud at me and said that he doesn't use Grubhub and hung up the phone. So rude!!
