It’s hard to leave a pic of when they forgot things in your order. Paid for ranch dressing not in the bag, enjoy the freebee. Paid for 20 wings , 3 different flavors but got 2, enjoy the freebee again. Thanks for paying attention to my order. I like how their wings taste. Every thing else is up in the air…I don’t know what they could do to change the mistakes or if they even care. Same as all businesses, they get your money and good luck after that. 03/31 happy easter

Very good wings, but very bad service. Especially because of a very unfriendly cashier. He didn't even respond when you asked him something, and finally, he gave me the wrong order. I ordered 20 wings and he only gave me 10, and he charged me for all 20. The last time I bought he gave me the wrong sauces, and this time I clarified him and he did it again.

First of all this was my first time being here and I asked the lady who was taken my order to take down my name correctly and she didn’t listen and wanted to spell however she wanted to, now I’m sick ? because I just order food from here and now my stomach is hurting and now I’m throwing up ? all the wings it was not cooked right at all not a happy camper for my first experience

This isn’t the first time I received my food from them and the chicken still had feathers on it. I will never understand, especially after paying $20 for 10 wings how you can not only fry but season and toss in a container to serve wings that’s haven’t fully been plucked. If it was one feather FINE people make mistakes, things won’t always be perfect but half the wing with feathers is DISGUSTING! The I call to ask for a refund (ordered online) and the lady tells me I would have to bring the food back because if not “they won’t believe me for a refund” I told her no problem (but it was, you messed up my food now you want me to drive back, wasting time and gas just to show you something you KNOW you guys do so it’s not unlikely that’s actually what I found, again this has happened before I know it wasn’t a coincidence.) When I arrived there the cashier got the “manager” which she said there wasn’t one on staff over the phone and to my surprise the manager speaks absolutely no English and the cashier had to translate my concerns.. I had to wait 15 minutes for a refund and prior to the refund asked for a receipt.. I guess the manager didn’t explain it to the cashier properly because the cashier just kept telling me I needed the whole order present for a refund, I obviously got annoyed because this isn’t what I was told over the phone. After hearing this I asked could she bring the manager back to the front (she got back on the cook line) the manager refused (I could tell by body language and her literally not coming to the front.) and then I was presented with my print out office receipt for my refund by the cashier, I never once was offered an apology or explanation, I really need help understanding how you have someone managing a business and they can communicate with their customers but not only that what’s going on in the kitchen that nasty product like that is being fried up and sent out, this stuff isn’t cheap.

Wings tastes like they put parmesan on in error then added buffalo or they gave me someone else's old order and refried it
