Was told 45 min and took over an hour and 10 min. Pizza was ice cold when delivered, The wings were almost inedible and they never sent the mozzarrella sticks I ordered. Will Stick to Naples pizza from now on.

Had been ordering for a while and always tip nicely usually the staff is good on the phone. Then out the blue I haven't received my food double time, maybe not at all as I'm writing this the food is over an hour late, and when I called to check my delivery the person on the phone at 520pm from this post didn't have the right attitude and came off rude. Way to keep your buisness.

The girl I spoke to was a complete unprofessional and nasty human. Placed order for delivery and they brought us the wrong pizza and wrong sandwich. The girl blamed us for the mess up ( like we made the food). The food is mediocre at best and with the terrible customer service avoid this establishment at any and all cost.

We went to the app to save 3.00 on our order. Spaghetti and meet all -2. Dinners. Ordered at 5:00pm. I thought I finished the app. Then I called. It's not here , it must be on it way. Another hr goes buy. I call . I say to the counter girl should I eat or order food in the future? She remarks that's up to you. It would have been nice to hear- oh yes, we have good food and it won't happen again. We apologize
