Have been here twice and every time the order is wrong or the quality of the food isn’t fresh and horrible. Second time was the last time since I found a hair in the bagel and knew cleanliness was not there. Would never come here again.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would .. went to this place , placed my order , sat down for 30 minutes waiting for our food, and when I asked the owner where our food was, she had given it to another white couple, .. I walked out and asked myself do all white people same to Indians ?? I' would never go there again

3.75 stars. Is this the best-tasting bagel I've ever had in my life? No, but bagels are kinda like pizza in the sense that even your average slice doesn't really disappoint - it's still pizza. The same with bagels, if you get them fresh and hot then your tastebuds are happy. Bagels here are decent if not exactly award-winning and prices are fair. I like that this is a mom-and pop, not a franchise done in architectural gray tones with exposed HVAC, chalkboard menus and snobbish coffee. I'm coming here to get decent bagel sandwich - not work away from home on my laptop. So yes, inside is a bit spartan. The display case always lacks for produce to marvel at while you await your order - there's no endless salads and cold cuts and cheese on display. If they had this it might increase their bottom line. Service is good and pleasant, not gruff - usually only one or two people and Cheers to them for running the show day in and out, that shows effort. The only other thing that annoys the hell out of me is that they need to vacuum the spilled seeds and spices that fall to the bottom of the bagel display case, it seems like that hasn't been done in years, but maybe they are proud of it. Otherwise, can't go wrong with a stop here. Ample parking in back helps.

Horrible experience with this place twice in a row. They pay no attention to detail and give you whatever they want to give you instead of what you ordered. I called to speak to a manager but Ofcourse the manager wasn’t there. I ordered regular vitamin water they brought be sugar free I ordered turkey sausage and paid extra for the substitute they still gave me bacon. I ordered a large coffee wit only almond milk they bought me a small with Splenda. Previously I ordered an ice coffee and they bought me a hot. They don’t care to refund or help you. They barely even pick up the phone. I work in a group home wit patients I cannot leave unsupervised so when they mess up and don’t answer the phone there’s literally nothing I can do. I’m disgusted with the customer service and disgusted with the lack of paying attention to details of your customers orders. Literally wasted my money twice on trash.

I was on my way to work and I didn't have breakfast. I wanted a bagel but the place by my house always has a huge line. I saw this place on my way so I stopped.I was surprised by how empty it was. My bagel with cream cheese was delicious, served quickly & reasonably priced. There was restaurant was clean and there were plenty of places to sit. I think they are only open for breakfast or lunch. If you're looking for a quick bite, check them out.

Love this place. I’ve lived in nyc where I had a bagel every weekend. Grew up in jersey. Lived all over. When I moved to little falls I tried every bagel place in a 10 minute drive (like 10). This place is my favorite. Amazing bagels crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Owners and staff are super nice.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s gone down hill. Bagel bistro used to be my favorite place in town but wow, what a disappointment.Last time, my bagel wasn’t fully cooked. All dough in the middle. Gave it one last chance. Just got home and my entire order is COMPLETELY wrong. The employee was profusely sweating and rushing around. I was literally the first person there as he was opening the store (late btw!) so there wasn’t a long line or anything like that.Sad to say I will not be returning.

The bagels made here are some of the best I have ever had. Fresh, soft inside, hard crunchy outer crust. And the Sandwiches that are made with these bagels, Delicious. With just the right proportions of meat, egg and cheese, with a small splash of ketchup and a lite sprinkle of salt & pepper. You know I will be coming back for more.

I have been giving this place the Benifit of the doubt for a year. Today was the last straw. The bagels aren't bagels. See picture below. These not only don't look like bagels but they don't taste like bagels. This place has gone down hill consistently. It's also VERY dirty. Horrible.
