We ordered 4 orders for me and my husband and 2 our kids and all the orders the same , 2 came and the 2 didn’t come and when my husband called the manager Nikki she ignored and after while she came back to explain to my husband that the kitchen super busy that’s why the orders came super delayed and we saw the restaurant didn’t busy at all and the Manager only thing offered to return the food back , she don’t care at all .

There seems to be a problem when you order food to be delivered from here. The problem is with the drinks. I dont know who is in charge or overseeing their soft drink machines, but they need retraining. I can confidently say without fail that 60% of the time the soda (Coke) is watery or they send Diet. Can someone please stop trying to nickel and dime with soda. Of all the things to scam people with - soda? Really? Serving Coke that almost looks like 7 UP because there's no syrup in the machine is ridiculous. Its just soda. Just pour some and serve it. I get this nonsense at home, and am told to come to the restaurant to get it fixed. Uhh, why in the HELL am I getting it delivered? If I wanted to go in person I would have gone in person. Correcting a delivery order by telling you to go in person is idiotic. Its a D-E-L-I-V-E-R-Y! If you cant handle deliveries, then dont do them. I dont care if its once in a while as things happen, and no one is perfect, but this soda business has gotten ridiculous! Btw, if this helps any its always on weekends.

Let me just say I have gave this restaurant 2 chances ounce pure raw burger meat on a bun for a take second time me and my family came here the food took over 40 mins to come out I’m guessing the waitress forgot because it came out COLD you can tell it’s been sitting the chicken strips we’re raw as can be we had to spit it out in a napkin it was pink inside and also soggy breading we couldn’t even finish the food we still had to pay the check and of course I’m not looking for a free meal but I was so scared we can get food poisoning from the uncooked chicken OMG BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE

Very disappointed I went there to celebrate 3 birthdays they forgot one plate the drinks they served were half way I asked to light my candle they said they don't have lighter the girl who came to said that had an attitude. Food was great but the service totally wrong! And I'm still here waiting fory drinks for more than 30 mins.. the manager doesn't even approach to apologize or fix the problem!
