Ordered a Turkey burger with cheese had no cheese, chicken fingers got no honey mustard. Put a tip in the jar no thank you and was told "there's your bag" couldn't even hand it to me.

The perfect place for the munchies. If you're like me and search for late night food for a reasonable price, it is hard to overlook Munchy's. I've ordered a couple times from here and have had generally good experiences. They have a wide array of food choices ranging from cheesesteaks to enchiladas. Some of my favorites include their "Famous Mudslide" and the Italian style hotdog. While the food isn't Michelin-star quality, I would say that the quality is perfectly fine for the intent of the business. Whenever I just want a quick fix without having to spend $40+ dollars, Munchy's is my spot. The portion size is great, they are open late, and I don't have to break the bank. Enjoy!

Terrible service. I ordered a philly cheese steak that arrived ice cold. I called in and they said they would bring my a fresh sandwich and offered to throw in extra items which I declined (it's been a long day, I just wanted a hot sandwich). Needless to say, an hour and ten minutes pass by and they didn't fulfill their promise. I live 5 minutes away and I order from there often. Very disappointed; guess I'll find another local establishment to support.I'd like to update my review... Today, the delivery driver rudely asked me to change review. He even gave back the tip that's AUTOMATICALLY generated by GrubHub. He stated the tip was insufficient and if I tipped two more dollars, my food would arrive in a more timely fashion. I kindly explained this one star rating and asked if he thought I acted inappropriately or judged too harshly. He AGREED with me and left. Is this really how you operate?! Shaking down for tips?! He was VERY lucky this was a Sunday morning and I was in a prayerful mood. So no - I won't change this rating. I tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and you failed miserably.
Munchy's is the bomb! Great food, great interpersonal service! Tonight I messed up my wife's dinner order, I forgot to add two hot dogs to our order. I called the guys from Munchy's, they got two delicious hot dogs right out to us. Thanks guys!

Food was sooo disappointing today after 10yrs of ordering and being so happy tonight different story Enchiladas had rice in it. The mudslide was dry AF tacos soggy. We called and the customer service was TERRIBLE After complaining finally a new enchiladas were delivered w mudslide. (Enchiladas burnt & mudslide still dry) something wrong perhaps new cook. But I probably won't order again. Bye after 10 years
