I have never eaten at a worse establishment. They mess up scrambled eggs! I didn't even know that it was possible to the extent that they mess them up. Everything else is just about as horrible. The food is so bad that I got food poisoning here twice in one week! The staff are some of the most rude and aggressive I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I was yelled at, not raise your voice a little but near screaming yelled at, because I didn't notice that one of the dishes I had asked for was self serve. I have friends who have seen them not change gloves after handling food, not wear gloves at all, sometimes not even wash their hands when leaving the bathroom. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the coffee is fine. That's it. I hate going here but I don't have much a choice. The only other establishment that takes my meal plan is on the other side of campus, and I don't always have the time to walk that far. Don't even get me started on the cockroach! Do not eat here!Update: I just just witnessed an employee of this establishment touching desserts for their own consumption with an ungloved hand and putting them back. Unacceptable, just disgusting!2nd Update: Have had students tell me that they have been served cold, raw, bloody chicken multiple times per semester. How the hell has the state not done anything about this? My guess is they wouldn't like to hear that their money is being used this way. But what do I know.

It's either hit or miss here. im literally eating burnt fries and chicken tenders as im writing this review. Id say the best times are around 9AM for breakfast, 12PM for lunch, and 5PM for dinner.

Sam's place is really good. It provides varieties for different dietary restrictions. Kosher, halal, vegan, vegetarian and all. I love eating there as I can eat with peace of mind. The food is also delicious and most of their personnel are good and friendly.

Everyone has Sam's stories. The only time I went this semester the soda machine is leaking on the ground, every time someone walked up to get some soda they would get sprayed by the machine. It felt like a prank, but nah people just kept walking up and getting sprayed by sprite.

I have been to Sam’s place 2 times. I have gotten diarrhea those 2 times. Not too bad if you’re constipated, otherwise stay away. I also saw a centipedes on one of the chairs as I was eating once.

This is supposed to be a dinning hall, not a buffet with limited options. Especially for people with IBS or other very common chronic illnesses. The meals also lack freshness and nutritional value. Please add more options.
