Every single time without fail, I will call up to order, very simple order and every time they get my order wrong, I have to repeat my order a number of times and they still cant get it rite. Good food dont get me wrong but who ever answers the phone needs to pay more attention to over the phone orders, also if someone orders a french vanilla iced coffee why would you give them black iced coffee with no milk or sugar?

Lets start with the customer service, I received a call letting me know that something I chose wasn't available and had the option to change it. Also i ordered a dozen bagels and it was arrived so fast! i cant rate the atmosphere of the place because it was delivery but ill give it a 5 until they prove me wrongNow on to the food, KEEP IN MIND IT"S COLD outside,i brought it inside it was still warm, and soft and bouncy and everything you'd want from a bagel, so good i had to eat one by itself no butter no jam, NOTHING. Yes it was that good!I cant wait to try out their sandwiches, because this was a strong start.

My husband came in at 1:35 on Christmas Day and he asked for a freshly squeezed orange juice and was offered juice that was noticeably old. He asked if they could please serve him fresh orange juice and he was denied the service over and over again. The service here is terrible.
