Placed a Mobile Order and was instructed via the App to pick it up @ the Drive-thru; when I arrived was told that I have to go Inside. Once Inside the food was not even cooked yet.

Writing a review for your drive thru service after the 2nd time in a row, we were told there is a wait. We went inside after 10 minutes of being parked in front of the speaker and the staff was extremely overwhelmed, to say the least, and we were told 30 minutes wait, as another customer complained about their cold food. Unacceptable!!!!!! Don't waste your time. We sure won't be. This is an extremely poorly managed location.

Although they were super crispy, I didn't like the cheddar cheese rings, they would be 1000x better it they were mozzarella based.

?? I had a few drinks and wanted something so fast and satisfying I have to admit I didn't feel guilty because I only had two cheeseburgers i paid for it in the morning ? but they were quite yummy and scratched my itch in the moment it will probably be another 6 months before I even have another one ? very fresh.
When in Jersey, need to stop by the Castle. Food and service did not disappoint! Fresh off the grill with extra pickles and ketchup! Yum....

These sliders are consistently good no matter where I order them - from Bayside NY to location near Bronx Zoo to Little Ferry NJ, the only complaint I've had was an occasional crooked burger, which is no big deal.I had ordered a clutch case and asked for pickles on the side, and one of the staff took a 1oz condiment container to put the extra pickles. I was about to say that I was going to require several of the tiny containers, when a woman who had been making sliders came to our rescue, and suggested to the young lady to give us a small cup instead, pointing out that there were 20 sliders. Common sense rules!!!
