I love coming here the foods always amazing and the gluten free pizza is the best I know (cause it’s really hard to find a good gluten free pizza) but as I’m typing this the kitchen is backed up with orders on a crazy Friday night and Lex is such a freaking trooper! She made sure that my order came out correct and was extremely friendly! She deserves a freaking raise! She went above and beyond! Definitely coming back just for her!!!

Owners - I hope you are reading this. You need to get it together over there. I stopped going a few years ago for exactly what happened again to me today. The food is never ready - ever. Then you have to wait on this horrible line while all of your workers run around like crazy people. I feel bad for them, they obviously need help or have zero lack of direction. I gave you guys a 5th chance today and it's worse than when I stopped going. I gave the order 30 extra minutes prior to picking up so I didn't have to deal with it not being ready. Not only was it not ready they made most of the food while I waited for 20 minutes. On top of it my Margherita pizza had no basil. That is the whole point of the Margherita. I will not be back ever.

We order a simple cheese pizza today. We were Ok with it taking over 1hr to be delivered but definitely NOT ok with the condition it was. This pizza was completely burnt! I’m not exaggerating, I am not writing this review just because it had some pieces burnt, it was the entire pizza. To believe nobody noticed at the restaurant is unbelievable but to think they actually thought it was ok to send this out is unacceptable. Was it laziness, ignorance or simply these people don’t care? Answer it’s pretty clear. See pictures

Sadly what an average dining experience. The food was average, the service was average. The food came out at different times for all the people in our party of 6. The rigatoni dish had a hair. They have a very limited menu so I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that nothing stood out.

My husband and I always come to this location. However, today we were treated very rudely. We entered as always and wanted to take our seat, the waiter put us on hold and just made us stand there, we had to find seats for ourselves. Then when we sat down she catered to others and ignored us even if others came in after us. Finally when she came to us we asked if we could have a rag since the table was dirty...she told us we should wait because she has other tables she's handling. When we asked for a basic long Island ice tea from the bar she said it's unavailable. Her rudeness and the way she spoke to us with a bad attitude made us leave to another restaurant. She made it clear we are not welcomed. However, she continued to be kind to all other guest. Train your staff to be kind to all guest no matter their race.

We ordered food tonight for the entire family; went to pick it up and asked the young man who gave it to us to make sure it was all there, got home to find that the pot of meatballs was missing, called and went back to pick them up. When I got them home and opened them we found a pot of BURNT MEATBALLS. When I called to let them know I was told by the person on the phone that he knew they were bad and was told to sell them; WHAT? I asked for a credit as he offered to roll and cook new ones. I enjoy their wings but not sure I will ever order from there again!!!No exaggeration here!!!

First time trying this spot in general, I was amazed by the service. Sorry I didn’t get the names of the employees who worked yesterday early afternoon on 04/26/23 . Now I have to bring the family back for pizza.

Took an hour and 40 min to prep the pizza as they had some stoves issues (not the first time). The manager promised a full credit which was never received. Then they asked for email details etc (although I am a member and they can look up my contact details in their system) - which I provided - but still no one got back to me with any feedback. Very disappointing.

The last 4 times I've ordered from here there have been problems. From uncooked food to heavily oil drenched pizza to long wait times. Also the last 4 times I've ordered from here there was always a new manager.... Ordered dinner from here last night. The time prior to last night my cauliflower pizza was extremely salty and had a lot oil on it to the point that it was inedible. The manager was understanding and apologetic and told me the next time I order I can get the same pizza for free. So last night we order dinner. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the store and it's pretty dead inside. No more than 10 people sitting and 4 people at the bar. I paid for my dinner with my debit card and after my payment went through I was told by the employee that none of my food is ready and it would be ready in 30 minutes. You have my phone number, why wouldn't you call me and let me know that my new pickup time would be 50 minutes so I don't have to sit around your store and parking lot during heavy rain outside. Normal places will tell you when you call and they know the wait time will be long to tell you before you order "just so you know we're backed up and it will be about an hour wait" so you can determine if you want to order from there. Not money hungry unprofessional people that just want your money and don't care about you having to sit around and wait... What if someone was on their lunch break and had to be back at work by a certain time? Or if an elderly person or a person with minimal driving skill had to sit around and wait and eventually drive home during the heavy rain that occurred during the waiting process? I told the manger about the wait time and he did nothing but make excuses. Did nothing to attempt to apologize for the wait or the lack of training from employees. Especially when the employee comes back smirking and tells you the food will be ready in 30 more minutes. It was actually ready in about 40 minutes. I had to stand around and wait longer. I'm positive they did it on purpose because I got a free pizza. The best part is that a bunch of the wings I ordered weren't fully cooked and the pizza had more oil that the last one causing not only the pizza to be inedible but also had to throw away a good amount of wings so I wouldn't get sick. This place has gotten progressively worse over the years and it's sad because at one time it was a great place to get food from.

Review. Tonight my husband and I planned on going back to Anthony's to have a 2nd great meal (we stopped in for a late dinner a few weeks ago and had a great experience). We did not have a great meal. The wings were cold, the meatballs were cold and the tomato sauce tasted uncooked. We sent it back. They brought us new wings which were better but 2 of the 5 were not hot. The new meatballs were hotter but half of the plate of sauce was hot, and the other half was cold. The eggplant, which I was looking forward to it all day was lackluster in comparison to our last visit a few weeks ago. Neither the wings nor the meatballs came with bread. We waited over a 1/2 an hour for our pizza, which never came. From the time we walked into the restaurant, there was a tray of uncooked meatballs sitting out. Right on the counter where food was being plated. Finally, someone started making mini meatballs, touching the raw meat and other things, we eat saw plates being wiped with a random towel, then being draped over the raw meat tray. Our pizza was still not served. Our last straw before calling the manager over was witnessing that same person dropping a pizza cutter on the floor, picking it up, wiping it off, and putting it back. We asked for the manager. (Not to mention the leak all around the men's room urinal)He came out apologizing and then took the staff in the back. It was not that crowded. He mentioned tonight was the first night they had the bar open to the outside. He was not very managerial. our waitress Addison was amazing. She was taking food orders back from other tables and Doing her best. Other waitstaff came over to see if we needed anything while we waited for the manager to come back. We never got our pizza. It was not wanted but still wasn't made. Having moved from living close to their Fair Lawn location, I was excited to find Livingston near my new home, sadly this location is just not good.
