There is no atmosphere. It's take out only. Bagels are the best around. Livingston location doesn't make egg sandwiches. But the food is great. The only set back is that the people behind the counter speak to each other in Spanish and sometimes have not gotten my order correct.

I called 2 min before I came to store and asked about the bagel I wanted. They told me the had it. I told her I just called she was rude spoke to her coworkers in Spanish about it. We need a person that speak in English and not speaking in Spain . Need to be more friendly. I am at that store at list 3-4X a week.

Of the many bagel choice stores in Livingston this is the only one that I would choose. For years I have enjoyed hot, warm and soft bagels by the dozen, however, the other day, Monday , I was disappointed when at 9:00 a.m. about half a dozen bagels were hard and obviously left over from the day before. Nevertheless, I will continue going there in the hopes that this doesn't occur again. 8/15- This is an edited update one week later which indicates zero response.

Charged $9 for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and they weren’t even toasted. Horrible service even when explained in Spanish to the all Spanish speaking staff. Had been going here for years but will not be returning.

Terrific bagels in a town with plenty of choices. Yes, they are the big type, but you can halve it and be happy. Service can be warm or chilly, depending on who is serving you.

Food is cool, servers are rude. They talk low and if you don’t hear them they treat you like you are Incapable. But when they don’t hear you it’s ok because ? Absolutely ridiculous and they are offering things on the counter that they are too lazy to make, so why advertise them ? Terrible people make this a 2 star place, even with decent food

Good bagels that aren't too puffy. I always ask for the thinner ones. I usually get them but I am not sure they understand what I mean. That's why only 4 stars.

The lady who served me looked very impatient and when i asked with cream cheese, didn't even bother to toast.Oh and the bagels were dry and chewy. I went at 1pm so maybe it's from breakfast batch.
