“Decided to give this place a second chance. How funny that there is a huge sign on the door saying that they want their customers to be highly satisfied. Service is much better, and the staff is also very polite. Taking one star off though because of the sign on the door...makes me wonder how many people actually complained to HQ about the staff?“

“The get 5 GIGANTIC stars for the simple fact that they are the ONLY Dunkin who's Iced Tea DOESN'T have the taste of coffee to it!!I don't know how they do it but I'm so grateful that they do!!(Que the haters) I hate coffee but LOVE tea and I especially HATE my tea tasting like it's got coffee in it!! At this Dunkin I don't have that issue.“
“PROS: This Dunkin was very spacious compared to other Dunkins. The staff is nice, they actually clean the sitting area, they have cushioned chairs in the corner and they have tons of parking CONS: They take 9 years to make each drink (exaggerating their slow time of course) and the bathroom is not clean at all. The complex also has to repaint their parking lot lines. Difficult to park in order OVERALL: I would still come to this Dunkin, however, I wouldn't come by when there's a crowd, like the mornings“

“Let’s start off with how clever the name of this place is. I wish that the mochi doughnuts were a lil more gummy texture (that’s just my preference) it didn’t taste fresh. Other than that the flavor on top was very delicious. The flavors were strawberry cheesecake, matcha, milk&cookies, tiramisu; blueberry & taro. The Kdogs were amazing especially the sauces they have out by the entrance.. top tier! Definitely coming back for the Kdogs!“
“Got here late but better late than never. 4 donuts left. I bought 3 maple bacon. . Crispy bacon on a maple frosted old fashioned donut was delicious. Sometimes a maple bacon can be greasy but these donuts were not. Perfection. I will definitely come back to try more of their donuts. Parking out front on street. Open until 2PM on weekend. Get here early or pre-0rder. Really nice owner. Please patronize this donut shop.“

“I have been coming to Papa Ganache for years. First in Matawan and now Cranford location because it is closer to me. The treats are always delicious but I want to shout out the customer service and staff. I have noticed in this day and age customer service is few and far between. But not here at PG! Specifically Carter!!! Carter is always so pleasant and kind no matter how many questions I may have about a product. I appreciate your kindness Carter!!! Thank you for showing me there are still kind people in this world.“

“What a fantastic place to go to. Very welcoming atmosphere and treat you like family. I’ve had the hex here and it is delicious. I don’t drink coffee much but they have a lot of other options that are all very good. I’ve heard the coffee is very good too. They have a great selection of yummy pastries as well. Definitely recommend going here!Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in and out of the store from the parking lot.“

“If you've never tried a mochimoly, try one. I don't think I'll eat another donut after eating one of these. It's a cross between a traditional donut and a rice cake but better. Its first a crunch than light like rice. They come in different flavors. The flavoring is in the icing. I got mango and caramel. The Carmel was excellent. The mango was good but not my favorite. The woman in the store was very polite. They also have mochi ice cream and Korean hotdogs. I didn't try either. I will be back and suggest you try it too. They have two other locations. The place was very clean.“

“TLDR: fun array of flavors, unique sourdough donut texture, decent beverages with coffee iced cubes, cute outdoor area when it’s warmLonger description:Donuts/baked goods: There’s the usual vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles and the like, but the best baked goods IMHO are the yum bun (decadence in cinnamon sugar-rolled dough form) and mini Nutella donut. The donuts have a heavier texture than the usual yeast donut (but it’s not a cake donut either), and there are special flavor sourdough donuts (like the horchata sourdough donut pictured with the yum bun and strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut). The donut frosting is always wet, no matter the time of day or what type of frosting. It always pools on the bottom of the box or in the hand. That’s not necessarily a problem, but it’s a note in case you care about that.Breakfast sandwiches: they’re there if you want something savory,Beverages: they’re a decent accompaniment to whatever you’re eating. They don’t have espresso as of the writing of this review, so no dirty chais or lattes. However, they have iced cubes made from coffee which make their iced beverages a delight.Parking: you can park on the street, and it’ll depend on the day and time whether you’ll get lucky enough to find a spot.Seating: there’s limited indoor seating (one bench-style table, basically) but when it warms up, you can order from the side window and laze around on the patio, which I highly recommend.“

“I've gotta be honest, bacon on a cheese steak was not for me rofl but that's my fault. "The championship" is a go?? stopped in for a sammich before I hit the 1.5hr ride home. Great price for the size. Staff was very nice.“
