Apparently it’s under new management. The people working here are always so polite and very friendly. The ice cream is delicious, I love the Lil Blue Panda flavor. I come here all the time, even in the winter. I highly recommend this place!

I have two words for you all ... "RIP OFF!" If you order a medium (if you could even call it that) of plain vanilla soft swirl for over $7.00 a good deal then go for it; otherwise steer clear of this place. To think I came all the way from Montclair!There are SO many other ice cream parlors nearby. The owner also asks you if you want a taste test out of your own order! Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous!!! :-(

Local favorite ice cream shop. Such a fun environment with cool ice cream shells and fun flavors. Ice cream is creamy and high quality. Staff is so nice and generous with the samples :) My favorite is that you can make your own soft serve by adding different toppings/ingredients. Really good place to go in the summer or whenever you need a pick me up.

Wow! I just had the best icecream tonight! My kids and I went to this place in Livingston NJ, "Frozen In Time" and we had a great time! The gentleman there was so polite and funny! He kept on telling us so many cute and funny jokes, adorable! The strawberry icecream and the banana caramel, yummy! I can't wait to go back there and have more. I am going back for sure!

Absolutely the best ice cream shop in town. I have been driven by many time and alway seen people sitting outside and enjoying their ice cream. This week, I finally took my kids here. Summer evening, this place is packed with people, mostly are older folks with their young grandchildren. You can tell that they have been coming here for years. We ordered ice, ice cream, and soft serving yogurt. My god, each one of them is so so delicious. My soft servings yogurt is freshly made with walnuts in and walnuts on top. It tasted like those high quality ice cream I'd get in Japan , so milky. Ice cream tastes w/o ice cream guilt. It was so good, we went back the next day.
