Bad experiences! We would like to talk to the manager. He was just dropped off the bill and ran away. The food is ok. But don’t go there, it will spoil your mood.

We made reservations for a group of 15 people at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. There was maybe 2 or 3 other tables at the time. Waiter took our order and everything within 20 mins. The waiter came back a total of 4 times asking for our order over and over again. After 1 hour, we finally got served bread for the table. During that time, no one came to refill our water or anything. Half the staff was just standing around not doing anything. The host in the front just on her phone, not giving a care. After being the restaurant for nearly 2 hours, we got our food. We asked for the manager to see what was going on, but was told that they weren't there.Food was decent, but nearly everything was cold. They even got me order wrong when I ask the waiter, who took my order, for their recommendation on either sandwich or bowl. So out of the 15 people, I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my plate.Towards the end, the manager magically appeared and proceeded to just drop the check on our table and walked out. Not a single word from him. Just the check and that's it. We asked if we can speak to him, but the staff "couldn't find him." They didn't ask how we were paying, but added a credit charge on our bill along with 20% gratuity. We paid in cash. The staff has no direction. The manager is clearly not doing his job. Just very unprofessional of the manager to just not even say a word to us. I don't know how it is acceptable anywhere to wait 2 hours for food. I can only imagine how this place is ran if it's a full house.Would 100% stay away, or order your food the day prior.

We came as a group having heard the food was good here, but did not expect to get the absolute unacceptable level of service. Waited 1.5 hrs for the food and the staff appeared bewildered and had no clue how to handle the orders. The staff came back to re check the order three times yet the orders after our wait came out wrong.I would avoid this place at all costs.

We came in with a group of 14 people. Nearly 1hr later we got bread for the table. 20 mins later we salads and nearly 3hrs in we got food served on a haphazard manner. There was NO manager on duty on serves and a hostess. Abysmal service and mediocre food. Horribly disappointing, would never recommend or come

Dinner was very good, the service was good as well. The experience was ruined when a service charged for using a credit card was added after the waiter took our credit card. No advance notice was given. This practice will backfire on owners when people limit what they order based on how much cash is in their wallet.

Sitting there for more than 10 mins. Nobody even bother to check in with us. No water, no nothing. The waiters noticed us, but they chatted and pretended we didn’t exist there. BTW, the restaurant is 1/3 occupied at most. And the other tables were immediately greeted and served after they sat down. We expect to receive great service for the pricy menu, instead we had to leave because we were quite upset for this experience.

My favorite local restaurant. Always love trying their specials, but of course, can't go wrong with any of the items on the regular menu! Staff was very attentive and the food was delicious, as always.

One of my go-to restaurants for a “nicer-casual” setting for middle eastern food. Quite tasty and a lovely atmosphere.

After multiple disappointing experiences in a row I’m finally leaving a review. I really wanted to love this place especially since my first experience was lovely, but unfortunately both the service and quality are inconsistent.

We saw this place when shopping and decided to try it. It was well worth it. Food was excellent and service was great. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather as well as a glass of wine. I loved Octopus, fried Haloumi and smoked eggplant. Highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.

Wonderful lunch at Mezza - started with 3 Mezze that were delicious- then we each ordered chicken- 3 sandwiches and 1 mezze bowl. Everyone enjoyed their lunch . The service was outstanding!

Food was ok- service was terrible-sat outside which was nice. Also a little pricey. A skinny glass of soda was 3.50 & no free refills. When i went this was in the summer and haven't had a chance to review. Hopefully things have gotten better since.

Consistently great food in a nice open space with very good service. BYO. Plenty of parking. Amazing hummus and crispy cauliflower in addition to everything else on the menu. Never been disappointed at Mezza!
