This is a review of my pickup experience from tonight, 4/17/24. I placed an order on the app for pickup. My son went to pick it up. By the time I came home and looked at the order, there were no utensils, napkins, ketchup, and straws. Worse yet, my lemonade was missing. I called the manager, and he apologized, and asked me to go back to pick up the lemonade. When I arrived, I asked to speak to the manager. He came quickly, and apologized. I told him all the utensils were missing. He said there was an option on the app...I told him I would show him the receipt if needed. He said no need. I also said clearly your drinks were all behind the counter. No way could the staff packing my order would miss the lemonade. He again apologized, and asked me to wait. He came back with 2 coupons for a free shake and a free chicken burger. I said that was not necessary, but such a nice gesture. We ordered from this location several times, and nothing like this has happened before. I do think the manager is on top of the store and his staff. Hopefully this will never happen again to any other patrons.
A good place to get a quick grab … service is good … staff is courteous and efficient … place has a good welcoming vibe … cleanliness can be a notch higher though

Amazing food, well seasoned and made with care. Service was good, even though they we're closing in 20 minutes once I got there. The place is also pretty good to eat at, comfortable and you can watch TV.

Almost fell on that sign the wind blew over coming in I hope they picked that up lol. The pick up food should have like a warming station because the food was cold and sitting out waiting to be picked up so order when you 5mins away so it can be fresh. The food was good, but the hamburger patty wasn't seasoned at all, guess I should have asked for salt and pepper.I have no photos, because the food was demolished, sorry!Oh, and, finally, a vanilla milkshake that rivals Chick fil A. I can, finally, get a nice milkshake on a Sunday, even after 8 p.m.

Picked up a shack burger today and the meat was so tough I couldn't chew it. Burger was also super greasy. What happened? Used to be so good. Big disappointment especially for the prices being charged! Tried to call the manager but it went to an answering machine. Terrible customer service. Won't return.

Just went there for the 1st time late this afternoon. Ordered a regular burger with fries, & a veggie burger with fries. This was a takeout order, but when we got home we discovered we got 2 meat burgers instead, covered in what looked like cheese sauce from a bottle. I am a vegetarian so could not eat the 2nd burger. It was raining heavily so not anxious to run out again. A very disappointing experience & my husband said the food wasn't that great anyway, so it cost over $30.00 & was a rip off. Would actually like to get a refund!

The devil is in the details. They messed up a one item order. I ordered a hamburger online to be picked up and check the box for ketchup and utensils when I grabbed the bag there was no ketchup or utensils in the bag had I not checked I would have to eat a dry hamburger I was about to get on the highway I was going 20 miles away. I don't have much faith in them if it was a big order. It may sound Petty but who would want to eat a hamburger without ketchup on it not many people and that's not what I wanted

Food is overpriced and salty. My burger was touching the nasty serving tray. Overall just gross.
It can be hit or miss here. Some times the oil is old or not hot enough causing soggy and poor tasting potato product.
