Just ordered their Drunk sandwich and it was awful. I was shocked considering what positive reviews they have. Vodka sauce was broken, it was an oily mess and to top things off I found a long curly orangey brown hair in my sandwich. Unacceptable!

My office ordered from the Livingston location the Monday after Superbowl , I ordered an Italian. Very large sandwich and unless a customer requests mayo an Italian has oil and vinegar, this one had both. Oil, vinegar and mayo. Very salty. Last Friday I ordered a Cheesesteak from the new location in Montville. It was In fact ribeye as advertised but way to much going on that sandwich that I had to eat it with a knife and fork. Ribeye was fatty and chewy. I may consider getting a breaded cutlet next time who knows it could be 3 times a charm. I think all around there is just too much product on the roll.

It is always great to see a relatively new place open in town. I truly had high hopes that a great Italian style or even New Jersey style deli or sub shop was open down the street from my house but the dream was not to be. The staff were warm and inviting and the place was neat and clean. To score big in such places, you have to offer the best in cold cuts as well as a signature item in many delis, the chicken cutlet. A perfectly breaded cutlet, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, topped with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinegar makes your heart beat faster and your mouth start to water. However, one with no crispness and, somewhat dry inside just did not do it for me. I guess for now when I want that great chicken cutlet sandwich, I will continue over to A&A in Lincoln Park or Sergio's in Denville. My final thought is that as one of a few locations bearing the Tony Boy's name, I see that other locations do get better ratings. Maybe it is the newness and things will improve. I will try them again and get back to you...

This place has a classic NJ sandwich vibe, which I like. I just wish they had some gluten free bread options - that's literally my only constructive comment. Do yourself a favor and get a salad with your sandwich, they do a good job with salads, which is hard to come by in NJ.

I’ve gotten takeout from here a decent amount. Tonight I had a chicken parm dinner with penne…wow. One of if not the best chicken parm I’ve had in recent memory for takeout and dine in.

We order the eggplant Parmesan sandwich and Santorini salad. Both were awesome. A sizable salad and a decent size sandwich. Sandwich was hot when I picked it up. The staff was pleasant. I would recommend this deli!!!

The best lunch & dinner. Anything Hotsy Totsy is amazing and the fried Mozzarella is to die for. For lunch try the Friday special or the #10.

I can live off the #10 - which I get with eggplant and I add roasted red pepper- for the rest of my life. Everyone is so nice here and the food comes out at the speed of light. The salads are packed and I eat them over 2-3 meals. I haven't gotten anything here that I did not find absolutely delicious!

This review is specifically for the nutty pig (chicken cutlet with bacon peanut butter and jelly). It is a rollercoaster of emotions. I was pretty starving when I got this sandwich and the sweet and savory combo of this sounded divine. It's a HEAVY sandwich (in weight and also how you feel). I ate the first half of the sandwich and I thought "wow, this is the greatest sandwich I have ever had. This is a masterpiece". Then I took a couple of bites of the second half and stopped. For some reason the grease taste started to stand out to me and then it hit me on how heavy this sandwich actually was and then I started to feel gross lol. It does not sit well in your stomach. This would probably be a great sandwich to have at like 3am at Rutgers. It is a bit intense and it should come with a warning sign. Kinda fun to try - would not get again

Chicken cutlets needs to be seasoned. Milkshakes are very good. I also really enjoyed the egg sandwiches and the sweet/spicy coleslaw. Would re-visit and recommend to others. :)
