Ordered a hummus veggie wrap without cheese and ranch (I'm lactose intolerant) and what I got was severely unripe tomatoes, a chunk of chicken in twp of my bites, a very brown price of lettuce and missing the pickled onions. While it tasted fine with just the lettuce, rice, beans hummus and guac .. I don't see how this is acceptable at all especially for a $9+ wrap

Black girl at the counter is rude. They have signs which says check in at counter for deliveres yet when you talk to them it’s as if you’re bothering her. If this was my order I would’ve canceled I HATE poor customer service smh

Worst smoothie in history. I ordered a mango smoothie. Super watered down and taste like water with a splash of mango syrup. I wouldn't come for anything. AVOID IT.
Tropical smoothie cafe is my go-to spot whenever i want a delicious smoothie. I love the fruit combinations that make the smoothie so tasty. The store is always clean and i get a welcome every time i step foot in the store. I recommend everyone to try it out.

My niece and I stopped in to enjoy a smoothie and something to eat. We present our receipts for the discounted smoothie. The cashier informed us that she doesn't know how to enter the code into the register and that we would have to download the app and scan the bar code on the receipt to receive our points, not here for points. As I ordered my food I specifically stated three times I want my bacon burned, but the order was not right. Because of the cashier's incompetence, I paid $30 for a twenty-dollar meal. I will not be returning to this location.

Now I’ve been coming here for yrs, and I never have rude customer service from the staff. I miss the young lady Katelyn. The young man that I had today Darvon has a nasty attitude. It’s not what you say, but how you say it. Joan was scared to give me his name, and he tells her move I got it. As if I was asking something strange. He needs to be retrained on speaking with customers.
