I went to there on Essex St, Lodi, NJ before they changed over to new management. A few times the corn was like biting into raw corn not cooked. The woman who worked there was so nice and willing to check the corn. Next time the corn was better and actually cooked. Now recently I went back this week in April and the corn was worse this time and to make it worse under this new management the chicken was way over cooked. It was burnt on the skin part and inside when I bit into the tiny drumstick it was over cooked and dry same with the thigh. The new person serving me was nice also but the other woman before the new management was more of a people person and very nice. Unfortunately this new one didn't pay attention to how long those chickens were cooking and to how little the corn was cooked. I didn't want to travel all the way back to show her this time. BTW I got the cut potatoes slices not mashed. At least this time the payment terminal for the charge card works. Though she did ask me if I had cash instead of using the card I said no I don't does the terminal work? I used the terminal. I won't be going back unless I have no other choice.Parking: parking is on the lot. Why all the questions? I can't click post without all these annoying questions being answered.

Food is bad. Corn bread is not like corn bread, chicken is super dry, mashed potatoes is too salted, and broccoli looks green but not fresh, taste like plastic. I have been ordering from this place several times before, so disappointed this time. Will never come back.

This place says they close at 10 but closes whenever they feel like it. Right now 9:08 and they closed. No holiday. Just lazy people.

I ordered without knowing no cards accepted. She prepared the order but never informed cash only. Place is in very bad shape. I went to restroom which was not in good condition. Dryer broke, sink is clocked and all around the restroom is filthy. Was she using that restroom before touching food that she prepares??? Boston market management team, please send someone to takecare of this place.

I walked in and had to find an atm because they were only taking cash. When I walked back in and ordered, the lady that was taking out my food was on the phone and had her phone on speaker hanging out her shirt. The roasted potatoes were literally spoiled. We couldn’t eat them at all. The Mac n cheese was watery and tasteless and everything was cold. Sad experience, waste of money.

I’ve been a Boston Market fan for years but with so many of the stores closed, I’ve been craving all the wonderful flavors of their dishes. But the meal I had today was the worst I’ve ever had at any of their restaurants. Both the creamed spinach and the macaroni and cheese were watery, the stuffing was mushy, and all the food lacked salt and all their normally unique flavors.

First time I go to a Boston market that does not taste like a Boston market. I would never come here again. If I can put 0 stars I would. Mac & cheese was watery, did not taste like it had any cheese at all. The chicken was tough inside & out. The flavor of both the chicken and Mac was so bad I threw it out. The mashed potatoes taste just like butter & the soda was flat. They did not even had a top for the cup. Brownie was burnt & now they’re prices are going up.. $30 wasted on garbage.. The one in Clifton nj is so delicious I never had an issue with them. I suggest u guys go over there & see the difference in taste.. this is a disgrace to Boston market. You guys are going to give a bad reputation to the franchise.

I went to thr Boston market in lodi on sat 1-27-24 they only had one person on staff handling the money and serving customers, she was very rude and once I pointed out how rude she was she refused to charge me for what I ordered ! I don't recommend that place to anyone until they hire friendly ppl ! Disgusting customer service !

1st and foremost, half the lights were out and it looked like they were out of business but ting to keep the lights on. Customer service wasn’t bad , not too much interaction in my situation required. The sweet potatoes- watery and tasted a bit sour ? it was definitely missing the brown sugar and possibly other ingredients.Mash potatoes- was very dry! They didn’t put enough water in it.Corn- it wasn’t sweet it was bland.Chicken- The chicken wasn’t bad but I have had better chicken from other Boston Markets. Is it me or a lot of Boston Market all over the place have lost their good quality in taste, customer service and just overall pride in their store?I live walking distance to this place and I am never going back there to get any food. Complete waste of money, do not bother buying. You are better off making a peanut butter sandwich at home!Almost forgot! They also forgot the cornbread!!!! I didn’t realize it until I got home.

I wanted to have a Boston Chicken Market meal for a while. Very disappointed. The food was terrible. Mac and cheese was sour. Chicken had a bad taste. Muffins crumbled into crumbs on plate. Couldn’t get napkins, couldn’t get forks. Soda dispenser was not working properly. Machine was mixing bad drinks. Half the lights were out in the place. The lights were half out so you couldn’t see the bad food. Worst ever. We left our meals on the table. This place shouldn’t stay or be open. Horrible

Its a simple order. A chicken pot pie. I don’t know how a pot pie gets remotely confused with a half chicken meal, but hey lets keep raising the minimum wage right?
