Every time that I go to this Burger King there are a group of unruly schoolkids who make the dining experience unpleasant. They are noisy, rude and they throw the basketball in the restaurant. Sometimes they even bring their bikes inside. What is being done to correct this? I was there on two occasions when the police were called. I can't even be heard when I am placing my order.

You got one stars because:- one⭐ I never received my order (I ordered through YOUR app)- one⭐ We contacted you guys by support email (you guys were not helpful in addressing the courier who stole the order or try to escalate the matter even when I provided a video time frame that he purposely took two hours to "deliver" such items that never showed up)AND FINALLY- one⭐ As a last resort, tried to contact this location, phone wouldn't even ring.I am beyond disappointed. I understand to assess situations and not lose business or money but WE had our order literally stolen by this courier, have documented the situation, and have had to literally place this location in it's place for not even reaching back out to address what happened.Do NOT contact us as we obviously are continuing to address this with support. Not interested in your apology.

[04/10/2024] I had forgotten that most burger King sells Only COLD BURGERS or it could be just @ this location tooThe employees @ this location are very mean with bad attitude s especially the BIG BLACK guy that looks like he weigh around 450lbs a very mean guy. I would not recommend this location.This location is ghetto and all the workers are unattentive to your orders and it seems like they just do what they want with your food @ this location.You won't have your food your way @ this BK

Not friendly place for charging your phone, tablet, computer while you eating your meal, no one charging station at all!!I find that as a sign of disconnection with courtesy towards consumers and public in general, we are facing one of biggest depression in history and Burger King as many others still great fast food increasing business, how much is going to hurt to have a little consideration???Not getting my burger deals there anymore until you offer charging outlets to publicThank you

I mobile ordered my food from this location and when I was picking up I asked for 1 sauce and she was trying to charge me for it. I honestly didn't care about paying for it but she told me I couldn't use apple pay for it which was ridiculous because I use apple pay all the time when I do a mobile order from there. So I didn't have sauce with my fries. She was acting like the 1 sauce was coming out of her paycheck. I believe she was a manager but I could be wrong. This kind of service is unacceptable. Do better!
