Reviews said this place was the best in Lodi. I live nowhere near Lodi I was passing through wanted some Chinese. I tried this place and it was terrible the shrimp roll was good but everything else was awful and flavourless. I highly recommend if this is the best in Lodi to leave Bergen county and come to Essex County where Chinese food is actually good because this was so disappointing and a waste of my money.

I placed an order early in the afternoon. It came fast but the won ton soup was like yellow water. No flavor. Thankfully they sent 2 small size when I ordered 2 large. I asked for xtra crispy noodle but they didn't send that. The steak and onion with fried rice combo was average

On January 2, 2024 I placed an order for wonton and dumplings from your establishment. However, upon receiving the food, I discovered that the meat in both dishes was spoiled. This was even confirmed by my boyfriend who noticed a foul odor emanating from the food. Regrettably, I couldn't personally detect the smell due to my ongoing cold. However, after consuming a couple of wontons, I realized that they tasted peculiar, unlike anything I had ever experienced before. To my dismay, the dumplings tasted more like steak than pork.Needless to say, this entire incident has left me greatly disappointed and genuinely concerned about the quality of your food. Such an unpleasant experience not only ruined my meal but also raised concerns about the hygiene standards maintained by your establishment. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant in the future.

I ordered food from their website. The chicken with broccoli didn't have enough broccoli included and the rice was soaked with gravy. Also, my order of broccoli with garlic sauce was too spicy to eat. My soda was not in the bag and no noodles were included. When I tried to call, the phone number on the website was not working.

The new Cathy Coast was horrible. I got shrimp fu Yong. It was burnt, and had 3 salad sz shrimp in each burnt piece. The steamed pork dumplings were huge, with hardly any meat. Also ordered shrimp in lobster sauce. The shrimp were much smaller than other places. I will never order from there again. I had to repeat my order 5 times.?

OK American Chinese food in Lodi.The restaurant does look very dingy and, unfortunately, it's typical of many American Chinese restaurants. With that said, the menu is a mirror image of many of these type of restaurants - appetizers, soups, rices, noodles, entrees, etc. You can find any of these items pretty much at any American Chinese restaurant.For the curious, they do offer lunch specials 11am - 3:30pm everyday they are open except Sundays when all of the lunch specials are the combination special price. The lunch specials are served with rice (white, fried, pork fried) + soup (wonton, egg drop, hot & sour) or an egg roll or soda. At $8, it's pretty reasonable for 2023.I've had a few of the lunch specials and it is what it is. If you're not into American Chinese food, it won't be your cup of tea, but if you are, then it'll hit the spot.
At first I thought No one can beat or come close to Blah Blah here in Lodi until an associate helped me to understand that...Its not true. I ate here,I had Shrimp and Broccoli and it was Soooooo Good! It stood up to my spot of 15 years.
