Some of the worst inconsistent and lackluster service I've ever received in my life if I wasn't hungry and desperate to eat, I would've cooked myself. The manager is rude and inconsistent his racism screams how he treats people. He is indifferent and unkind. I will never eat here again.

just had this today and wasn't bad! I was skeptical, however I was offered it and figured i'd try it out, I had a classic cheese steak with peppers onions and mushrooms with mayo. was pretty good! I would definitely try it again, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty.

One and done. Would never return. I tried a cheesesteak, cheese fries, and soda. First off, the Coca-Cola had no flavor to it, no carbonation. Cheesesteak was bland, no flavor, even the cheese sauce was bland. Cheese fries were soggy and bland. Portions are horrible. The fries came in a small box. We also had chicken wings that were drowned in BBQ sauce with a very odd strong taste to them, also full of fatty pieces. Waste of a dinner. Yuck. Also- good customer service goes a long way. There is a MAJOR lack of that here. Just saying. Best wishes.

Asked for just jalapeños on my cheesesteak and got cheese instead. The bread reminded me of subway bread. The boneless chicken wings tasted like they were freezer burned. Would not recommend this place…
Ordered a regular size cheesesteak and was half made. Cook and manager blamed me for the meat shifting to one side, but I did not do it. Second time this place has given me attitude. Will not be

Five stars for service only and their cheese fries. The sandwich was ok. It's in the mall. Upper level. I made a request and they went out of their way to use new gloves and cooking utensils. Thank you

(3.5-4.0 to be technical) there are 3 sizes of each sandwich and multiple types of fries. They also market all the different beverages they sell. We tried the chicken cheese-steak ( LARGE) & the beef cheese-steak ( REGULAR; ....both with extra meat & provolone cheese. I highly recommend adding the extras. You want the meat & cheese standing out, not the bread. ( I also don't do lettuce & tomato on a cheese-steak) also ordered a large fries ( plain) which were excellent fries. Like home made. Price seemed fair at $32 for all 3 items; but keep in mind the two different sandwiches sizes. I'd say for a quick fix this chain is pretty good. However there is a sandwich shop (chain) down the road I prefer. ( Jersey...)
