Came to visit this location while waiting worker by the name of daisy came in front of me and told the server shawn to make her food first. Found this to be really disrespectful by daisy. shawn seem to be surprise as well, since he had all ready acknowledged me and was ready to take my order. Very disappointed with this location. Shawn was great !!

I have been to so many chipotle and left reviews but this one Is the worst one. Everything was very salty, and cold. Busy as a lot of people come to this one, but the food is horrible. I would definitely avoid this chipotle.

This place is hit or miss…mostly miss. I’m a very polite and friendly person and when I feel like my customer service as a customer is better than your professional service, that’s when I complain. I don’t know names, but one specific younger girl, I always feel like I’m a bother. She looks annoyed at me…lol it’s whatever to me. I’m stoned most of the time so I’m chillin, not sweating it. There have been a couple of times where they forgot my chips (twice) and also a bottle of coke…and I just don’t have the energy to deal with feeling like I’m committing a crime by speaking with them.The reason i say this is, I reached out to corporate to let them know about me missing chips and soda. The process was so annoying, and I feel like it’s 110% intentional to keep people from reaching out. I spent several minutes filling out everything on the receipt number (address, date, time, store number…)had to do this a couple of times because once I started the chat, the bot asked for this. Then someone got on the chat and directed me to a link to have to fill out ALL the info again. I explained the situation, provided everything to them again, and got no where. I was told something along the lines of “thanks for letting us know, we aim to blah blah blah” sort of thing.This is why I don’t want to deal with the people in the store.The only reason I come here is because of convenience and Wawa

Never going to this location again!The amount of laziness! I assume the workers are not getting paid enough to serve customers properly. It truly makes no sense. First off, I get half a spoon of chicken. I would think I’d get at least a full spoon of chicken, I am paying for a chicken bowl. I got half a spoon of burnt chicken. The picture is a description of the burnt pieces of chicken in the “chicken bowl”. Simply ridiculous, and waste of wait time, and money.
