I made a Uber eats order and they made a delivery and missing items and I totally understand that mistakes happen yet the lady on the phone told me to pick up the missing items. If I was able to pick the order I would never had paid for Uber eats and the lady attitude was extremely disrespectful and rude and said that she was not going to deliver the missing items and I said that I was going to report it to Uber eats and she said go ahead and hung up on me. If this is what you call customer service then they should not be open for business. I tried calling them twice and no answer. This lady represents the company. It is there responsibility to make sure they have the correct employees to handle a simple situation. They could’ve just refunded me and I would’ve been satisfied but her attitude was totally not acceptable. Either fire the person or close this Dunkin’ Donuts store down!
