Never had a bad bite from El Norte -- literally never. Before even ordering you get a serving of their addicting fresh chips and homemade salsa. Usually I get the taco salad with steak as an entree, which is served in this delightfully crispy tortilla shell. Last time I ordered for pick up instead and got the chicken mole. The food was hot and the mole sauce was...WOW, like, outstanding. During COVID they're also offering margaritas and beer to go, which (trust me) you want to take advantage of.

Went here once before with some friends for a night out. This time I ordered In due to Covid numbers going back up. I used Grubhub. I placed my order early in the day but with a delivery time of 6 pm. I ordered Enchiladas de Mar and Nachos as an appetizer w/ chicken (they deleted my appetizer nachos, I don't know why ) I was pretty disappointed about that . I am currently awaiting my delivery and hopefully they got my enchiladas right. When we went in/ it was outside dining and we had a great time, the drinks were phenomenal and I food was scrumptious. Everyone loved everything. I would definitely go back for indoor/outdoor dining.

Terrible! Not sure if it was because of Covid but the margarita were off, the guacamole was ice cold like they just took it out the the refrigerator. The skirt steak was ok snd the cold cactus salad was ok. Nachos were blah. Beans & rice were average Nothing special here. Old run down restaurant fir sure !! My stomach was not happy when I was done eating !!! I had stomach cramps. We all fought to get into the bathroom as soon as we got hone. Not a good experience.

If I can give zero stars I will do it! First thing service was terrible! 2 the girl who take our order was very rude and no friendly at all, 3 food was Very little in portion and taste was horrible ?? I order Shrimp and steak fajitas in my plate I only got 3 shirmp 4 little piece of steak , and lot lot onions, green peppers and tomato sauce! Beans was very cold they don’t even heated ???? very bad.... 0 stars....

We had been here multple times prior to Covid and service and food has been consistently very good. Carnitas, mole poblamo very tasty. Margarita, que bueno! Although there is a "for sale" sign outside, they are open and worth the visit.
