I gave 3 stars because it's clean and such but they have a gentleman who wears glasses that doesn't speak English well so you have to repeat your order a few times so he can know what you want

Decent Service in Kearny, If I'm hungry I would go out here and get a sandwich in the middle of shopping for some stuff, The food is not that bad for a Dunkin' while it might be slow sometimes or it could be fast at some time.

Always mess up online orders at this location. The staff moves soooo slow. So if your in a rush definitely don’t go here. The staff is also very unpleasant.

Always got a problem when it comes to completing my order the right way (mind you I explain how I want it done ) and it’s always when that one person is management . She always denies the way I want it done but if anyone else is manager they do it the right way . (All I ask for was a cheddar bagel twist with butter in the middle she automatically says I can put it aside ) why is it that everyone else do it right but she decides to not do it (not trying be a Karen )but it’s just bothers me that everyone else does it the right way and when she’s there everything changes .

Whoever owns this particular franchise should be ashamed of themselves. I tried the app for the first time today and it was a terrible experience. The app did not tell me there would be a 30 minute wait for two cups of coffee and 10 munchkins. Nor did it tell me that things I was ordering on the app would be unavailable at this location. Finally it did not mention to me that there would be one poor woman handling all of the app orders completely on her own, having to ask everyone who they were, what they wanted, etc. There was a guy or two trying to help her as well as handling the walk-in people and getting everything wrong. I got a coffee that was basically a cup of luke warm milk. It was a complete circus and not in an entertaining sort of way. My suggestion is that if you're not going to hire staff, don't have a business. I have deleted the Dunkin app and will never return to any of them, as this one was the best of a bad lot up until now.

They never have anything available. It's very frustrating. It's noon I'm confused if they plan on ever making more food for the rest of their day. Well Iv come here about 10 times and out of the 10 5 they never have anything . The lady with light eyes she's really nice . But I won't be coming back since there nothing available.

Seemingly not a location frequented by yelpers! Stopped by to get a Box of Joe and some donuts and munchkins for a client. A Box of Joe is now $19.99!! And for $20 bucks they forget the milk and cream! At least the box was full, unlike many other times. Donuts were a bit stale and visually unappealing. Munchkins were stale. Young lady behind the counter was pleasant. I'll look for another location before returning!

I waited 20 minutes for the curbside pickup and when I got home, only 4 hashbrowns were in my order. Other Dunkins give at least 6.

Very nice Dunkin Donut location. Nice ambiance in store and seating. Friendly staff. Good attitude during trying times. Open for pickup and drive up only. Plenty of parking in convenient location. Always great coffee!
The staff was extremely rude. I was waiting at the counter to buy a water, and the two people working did not even acknowledge that I wanted to buy something. After finally buying the water, I asked where the restroom was, but the lady said they did not have one. However, I saw a customer walk in, go directly down a hallway, so I am assuming he was walking to the bathroom. Every single Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to has had a restroom, but apparently this one did not have one, which is just hard to believe. I do not understand why the lady would not allow me to use the restroom. I will absolutely never go to this Dunkin' Donuts again.

Have been to this location many times, mostly on the weekends. Your standard D.D. fare, but it is always clean and the staff is mostly friendly. Coffee always good, although we stick to standard hot coffee and sometimes a Coolatta. The donuts are eh, just like any other D. Donuts. Very nicely decorated for all holidays - a lot of effort that we noticed how nicely done it is. Would recommend.
