When I order to *"GO"*, I never expect the food to be so bad as to have it *"GO"* in the garbage and I have to *"GO"* running to the toilet! My bf hopes they *"GO"* out of business!

My family ordered a burger (medium) and some cheese fries. The burger was over cooked for sure. We love supporting local business but this food was terribly hard to eat. You can judge for yourself about the cheese fries. We ordered the food over the phone and picked it up shortly thereafter. The food prices are only increasing but quality shouldn’t suffer.

This was my go to spot at least once a week. My last visit was horrible. i walked in ordered a pie a chicken parm sandwich and some knots. Counter person said 20 to 25 minutes no problem. I left ran a few errands and walked my dog came back waited another 20 minutes or so inside. I know the look a person has when they realize the order wasnt in and begin scrambling around i haven in food service since im 14. Finally they give my order i live 5 minutes max from them i get home sandwich is cold the knots werent even heated and the pizza was barely cooked and cold So i message them to let them know was told they would make it right ...meh HH and WR combined have like 10 places i could use

We used to order this all the time. Recently the portions have gotten MUCH smaller then what they used to serve for the price. 2 small meatballs for $6 and the calamari serving is much smaller. This has only happened in the recent month or so. We need to find someplace else at this point.

Johnny napkins is my FAVORITE pizza spot.I usually go to the one in Union NJ. I was really disappointed in this location this was my first time at Lodi location. Firstly the pizza selection is nothing compared to the Union location. They did not have the pizza I wanted which was chicken francese, nor had mozzarella sticks! The atmosphere was very blah compared to the union. If you really want to experience great pizza, friendly vibes, and atmosphere go to the one in union hands down.

Really good service. One of the best spot I went to. The girl at the register is great. I believe her name is Gia. She’s really good. The food here is amazing. Freshly made.

Here's a place that you'll really enjoy. It's across the street from Shoprite of Lodi. I went to lunch in the area and was looking for a good place to eat. I ran into this place and it didn't disappoint. I walked in expecting a pizzeria but it's actually a combo shop so to speak. They have pizza in a showcase in the front but their menu is so much more. They have burgers, paninis, cheese steaks and more. I ate there two times and it was good both times. A burger, that is served with fries, and a delicious Philly cheese steak sandwich. Their dining area is split in two sections. The front area has a few tables lined up by the large windows. Then there's a doorway leading to a second dining room. I didn't see the bathroom so I can't comment on the condition. The restaurant is on the same strip with other eateries which has its own parking lot. There's a Subway, a juice bar, and a few others. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend.

Food is GREAT, chico is the best pizza man i ever met…Only reason i won’t give 5 stars is the past two times I’ve went i felt uncomfortable at the fact that the blonde counter lady smells like marijuana and liquor… last time i was there she was smoking a cigarette and when she came inside she didn’t wash her hands. Presentation of staff is important.

Great little place in Lodi. Since new manager Howie has been there, food has gotten better. Howie's personality is a big plus. Place can use a few more staff members during busy times. I have tried multiple dishes and pizza styles, i have never been disappointed. Counter/waitress girl Janet(not always there) always nice and attentive. Give this place a shot!!

I waited a day before attempting to write this review. As I sit here, I'm still finding myself at a loss for words or even trying to rationalize or validate in any way concerning our experience yesterday. My family and I finally made our way over to Johnny Napkins. They claim to have the best Vodka sauce outside of Italy, so I was excited that we finally made the time to take the drive over. Now, the drive is only 25 minutes, but still, we passed up a lot of great choices to try this establishment that I see so much on Instagram. We walk in at 7:50pm. The website says they close at 10pm. There is one single person waiting for their order and two guys working in the back. I asked if they are open for sit down dining. I was told yes, but you can only sit at one of the tables in the front area. Ok. No big deal. Of the three tables off to the side of the work counter, we chose the cleanest of the three. And the cleanest still had food crumbs scattered everywhere and two straw wrappers. I didn't care.... I had to try this sauce on a chicken parm. Well........... After sitting there for TWENTY minutes and no one even looking at us or asking if we even wanted anything to drink, that was that. We got up and walked out. Not even questioned why we were leaving. I'm honestly confused. Does this place not usually do sit down dining? We flew down the block to another place we've seen on Instagram..... And they closed at 9pm. I explained what just happened and they took us in, served us, didn't rush us and saved our night. When we left the second place, I'm thinking..... Maybe the closing hours were wrong in the website. STILL giving them the benefit of the doubt. Nope... We called them at 9:15pm asking if they're still taking orders and I was told yes. My rating is purely based on the service and cleanliness of this establishment. Do they have the best Vodka sauce? I have no idea nor will I be finding out. I honestly despise giving out low stars. Especially with small businesses fighting with the ongoing Covid battle. Check my reviews.... Low scores come VERY seldom. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but from my experience, if you are gong to try this place out, maybe they only do takeout and dining in is frowned upon?

The food is absolutely delicious! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The penne vodka with chicken was the best I've ever had. Mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and pizza were all great too! I've already told so many people about this place it really is a Hidden Gem

I ordered a large but the front lady lied to me saying it's a large in a medium box when they clearly made the pizza small enough to fit in the box, like they usually do with the medium pies obviously. The lady on the phone was rude asl too when I complained about this, she acting like they didn't over charge me for nothing. They'd do this too you too so they save money and all the good reviews probably didn't realize this problem so keep away from this place don't trust it.

I am a big Johnny Napkins fan! I have had some great chicken Francese and Parms while living in BC. The chicken Francese is always super saucy and generious portions. They always have good deals for family meals and are always sending coupons. I am taking 1 star away only cause as of late the pizza has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's super doughy and sometimes it's perfection but the dinner/entree options are always a slam dunk!

It wasn't good at all. The penne vodka had no taste the penne was over cooked. And the meatball parm sandwich was awful. The meatballs weren't cooked through. No taste. They tasted like fake meat. I can't even describe it.

Awesome place for lunch and dinner. Place your order for pick-up even better. I had their Sicilian slice and fried, crispy and FRESH Ravioli. Simple and tasty. Inside super super and I mean super clean! Keep up the great work BOH and FOH! Mask Up, stay safe guys! Thank you
