I never give bad reviews however I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a company that caters to people and service a community.I paid for a service and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get my money back in full.I would understand 75% not 50% refund matter of fact I should’ve been given 100% due to the fact of a death in my family and the birth of my child.The owners are so incredibly selfish and I pray that they would never be in a circumstance that steals their money and take the food out of their children’s mouths.Honestly I would never recommend this business to anyone.I tried to support my own kind however it left a bad taste in my mouth and I have not received my refund to this day.Horrible customer service and technically I did not even sign a contract.I have to report this establishment,Unfortunately I’m still out of my money and I’m terribly disappointed in the company.May God Bless You All with my money that was stolen from me.No one in this earth gives away their money, and it’s obvious that the business does not have any value of money since I have not received my money back.

I will not recommend this place for catering . I went into an unexpected delivery and this place was catering my food for my shower. Due to my unexpected delivery I needed to change the date for the catering which my family contacted them weeks before hand. Finally they get back to me a week before tell me they can’t accommodate me and only refunding me 50% of my money back !

My girlfriends and I were there a few weeks ago for Sunday brunch. We were totally pleased with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. I'm big on customer service, and I must say that they far exceeded my expectations. The key lime pie was par excellent. Can't wait to go back again!

I had a Baby shower that was in a private hall. Pinnacle catering showed up on time and provided excellent food and service! I had a totally hands off and worry free experience! Pinnacle helped tremendously to provide my daughter's Baby shower with a wonderful experience!

before you think about using this place,please don't waste your time, looks are very blinding ;bad serve ,lack of staff ;cold food and give your only water. for the type of money spending and you can go some where esle i wouldn't recommend this to anyone,because you try to surport black-own business ,be very careful ,they play phone tags with you,if you want gas ,that what you will get from this place dry cold food and dam water to wash it down and care ay one you are very wrong how you treat your people,every chance i get im going to tell everyone about this fab place you unbeliveable !!!!!!!!!!!! buyers beware of event place like this !!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend for anyone seeking catering for off premises. Horrible communication, staff never returns phone calls, & when I would speak to someone; I'd constantly get the run around. This was for MY WEDDING & there was no urgency or concern for potential customer.
