Sunday Easter brunch disaster. We were so thrilled to get a reservation at this restaurant on the beach. We sat for nearly 1.5 hours waiting for our main entree to no avail. We finally left 2 hours after being seated, the manager was very nice but unable to manage his kitchen staff.

We did the Easter brunch & Marcela & our server couldn't have been any more accommodating!! We were 5 & 2 had dietary restrictions that were handled. Food and drinks were amazing as always. Thanks all!!!

Easter Brunch was very over priced for the prix fixe that was offered. The portions were very small. The fruit was jot fresh and looked like it had been sitting out for hours, the au gratin was tasteless and the eggs benedict was cold. For $65 a person, it should have been a lot more food and even a mimosa or bloody mary. Overall, not impressed and would not go back. We were there for 2.5 hours bc the food took so long.

The Avenue is excellent place to go for lunch. My friend and I get togethor every few months and the food and service are outstanding. I love how they accomidate us and it's a special place for us to meet up.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I had a great time here. Came for early dinner on a Sunday. The restaurant was clean and absolutely gorgeous. Right on the water with a great space and location. The food was also very good! My whole party had the $40 pre fix dinner and were satisfied. The steak frites and mole frites were standouts. The dessert at the end also was the perfect ending. The service was attentive, friendly and fast. Is it more expensive than some of the places in the area? Yes but you also get what you pay for. Great place for a celebratory or special meal. I would love to come back soon!

This is a gorgeous establishment. The food is very good. But remember in the price you are also paying for location so yes their prices are a bit out there. I only go for happy hour. The food is amazing and affordable. The service is fair for the price points and location. It isn't stellar but happy hour is a great deal.

Absolutely stellar evening at Avenue! Excellent service and the food was the best I've had there. An incredible evening. Perfect onion soup, duck confit, steak frites, half lobster with pasta, and salmon. We've been there many times before, but this was the best. A perfect evening!

The Le Royal at @avenueleclubevents Amazing & delicious seafood tower! Shared among seven people. We each had a personal dish after (forgot to picture but I'm new here lol) very delicious! The whole thing was done in about 14 seconds! . You can find this beautiful French ocean view restaurant in Long Branch, New Jersey! . The reason for 1 star is the event staff had a major lack of communication skills. They never followed up with e-mails. Never answered our questions. We learned the day of the event that Wine/Prosecco and other items were not going to be available to us. At the end of the event I asked to only to cut a couple of slices of cake .... Once again they did the opposite and lacked communication skills. Although they had loss with their chef I/we did Sympathized with them. However all the planning was done prior to this unfortunate loss. This was an expensive event. They sure as hell did not deliver!!!!!!! 5 stars for the food! 5 stars for the Wait staff! 5 Stars to the Ambience! Beware of having an expensive event @ The Avenue Le Club in Long Branch N.J. ( they get you for every penny) with this inadequate Event Staff. They screwed up all the way to the end even with the billing. I now need to let it go.... it is what it is....
