This past weekend, I visited this place and was waiting outside the booth for about 10 minutes. They didn’t have a hostess. There was one waiter and she clearly saw us standing there. In the outdoor seating, there were two empty tables available. Then after I called her, she says sorry we are not taking anyone, we are understaffed. This is the worst excuse for a business. Why couldn’t you tell us that for the past 10 minutes? Also, why are you open if you can’t even have a working staff? This is terrible service and never will I go here again, nor do I recommend visiting this place.

Not sure why this has low stars. Came here at 5pm on a Sat. Walked in and sat down. It's a two person show during this health crisis and they were great. Had a tuna. Good and cooked to ordered. Daughters burger was hand put together, not frozen. Tacos were great. Will go back again.

It's in a great location and the inside is super cute, but the burger was meh and the service was so slow. I'd pass on this place.

Good happy hour that's all day all week right now. Had $1 Sangrias recently which was jaw dropping. Great pretzel app. Nice decor.

This restaurant has potential due to location but unfortunately it barley met my expectations. It is so understaffed, there was only one server in the whole place who was also working the hostess podium and bartending. It took forever to get our drinks and food. The food came out cold and had a horrible presentation, everything was just spread out around the plate. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a nice restaurant in the area.

Consistent with all the other reviews the place was empty. There was one women who was the bar tender, bus girl, hostess, and the waiter. Who knows if she was even cooking too. We wondered why it was so empty when turning point had a line going out the door...now we know. We asked her why she was the only worker in the restaurant and she made up a story about the bathroom being a disaster. So she was trying to say that all the other employees were working on the bathroom. We continued our meal not knowing how the food would be. Before we even got our food the only other table got pancakes and complained saying they were the worst pancakes they have ever had. Unfortunately, once we heard this we then started to look at the reviews which was clearly too late. Other reviews gave it a one star which shows why there were only 2 table being occupied in the restaurant including us. Then add the one employee and you have about 8 people in the whole restaurant. The place was nice and looked very new. Then we got our food and we thought the same about the pancakes terrible. There was too much batter. Do not recommend especially since there are wonderful other places near. All in all, the lady was nice but do not recommend. Although the look of the place was very nice.

Friday afternoon, my friend and I were the only customers in the restaurant. Menu was so limited that we wanted to leave to go to another place in Pier Village but we decided to give it a try. $13 Caesar salad was too simple, romaine lettuce and croutons. $14 taco consisted of only 2 pieces... OVER PRICED MEDIOCRE FOOD. Two stars for pretty deco and waiter. It wasn't fun to see all the contractors, construction people, and delivery guys? while we dine there...

This is the worst place in all of Long Branch and Pier Village. Went NYE because at 9Pm there are fireworks at the beach. Got there at 7PM. Hostess was also waitress and bartender. At around 7:20 cook showed up. We all waited a long time for food. The waitress hostess bartender told us she warned her boss who "never listens". Once the food came which was carried out by the cook, it was average, fries were overcooked. Whoever owns this place deserves to go bankrupt. I imagine it is someone close to Jared Kushner or the Russian mob, who all own a lot of Long Branch. DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT GOT TO BAR. Plenty of great places in Long Branch like Rooney's, Charles, Ave A, Greek place, etc. This place sucks

Don't ever go here! There was one waitress/hostess/bartender trying to do it all by herself. She said there was only one guy in the kitchen who was yelling because he couldn't keep up with the unexpected amount of guests (4 tables!)! The food was awful... everyone was complaining, and she comped almost everyone's food, rightly so! I will never ever go back...yuck!

Went on a Sunday at 12pm - the place barely looked open and was very understaffed. Took forever for coffee, awful flavor and cold despite making a 'fresh pot'. Food was horrendous - undercooked potatoes, eggs were cold and $2 for sausage was a joke based on look and flavor. Shame this prime beach front spot is wasted here. I suspect anyone who knows better avoids - this place is likely only afloat based on tourists OK with overpriced food steps away. Excited to see what comes next in this space.
