Chef Covas Catering did our New Year's Eve wedding at the Long Branch Distillery - They were awesome! The food was fantastic and our point person Samantha was a pro! Lauren, Owner & Executive Chef, was very easy to work with in terms of planning the menu and offering suggestions - she clearly knows what she's doing and made my fiance' (now wife) very comfortable.
