We've been to El Arriero a few times and the food was pretty good. Today we came in to the restaurant and it was empty, the couple that always ran the was not there. There was very loud bachata music and out walked this person that I can't call her a waitress, I have respect for waitresses they work very hard, she comes to our table we say hi and all she said was "what do you want to order". We put in the order and she turns up the music and starts singing in the kitchen. We ordered the bandeja paisa when it came out the pork was tasteless and very chewy, the Colombian chorizo tasted and had the consistency of cardboard, the rice was good and so was the steak. And then she turned the music louder yet I had to call her almost yelling to ask for the check it was almost like a comedy show. My other half and me looked at each other laughed and just said. NEVER AGAIN!!! What a disaster. If you want to have a half decent dinner don't even think about this place. Service 0. Noise 90 decibels. Food 1.

APPALLING!First of all, it is the only restaurant that is considered Colombian and has absolutely nothing from Parva, such as pandebonos, buñuelos, etc., for this reason we decided to buy EMPANADAS… they really are HORRIBLE, GREASY AND INEDIBLE… they ended up in the trash, on the other hand it took 10 min making two coffees… Terrible service!A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…I WILL NEVER RETURN

One lady in the hotel recommended this place and we were very happy to eat here. It's really tasty and portions are huge. We don't speak Spanish, but still managed to understand each other :) Home made lemonade is sooo good!
