Bartender about the only person in the place who was friendly. Obviously a hangout for locals, who seemed suspicious of a stranger. Definitely the vibe I got, was-- "if we don't know you, we don't want to." Had an old friend I hadn't seen in yrs. who used to hang here, but I was hesitant to ask about him, fearing a challenging response.
