First of all, let’s be clear on one thing; I don’t like their food or coffee. BUT for the first time was enjoying myself at Dunkin Donut simply because the people there made me feel at home. I still don’t like the food but my daughter was so happy with the time spent at your restaurant; I will bring her back and please keep up the great service.

AMAZING!All of the workers here are super nice and the service is great. I just stopped here after I brought my cat to the veterinary and this Dunkin gave me a FREE cup of whip cream for my cat which she loved. I also had my strawberry dragonfruit refresher along with a bacon egg and cheese which as usual was very good! Plus the restaurant was very cute, they had little snow flakes, hearts, and flowers hanging from the ceiling and it matched with all the Dunkin colors so well!

Use the App and your order will be disappointing. Was there on 9.4.22 for an app-ordered Latte, picked it up within 5 min of ordering and there was no foam and the cup was only half filled. Not the first time this happened. They are inconsistent and on top of all VERY UNFRIENDLY !!! Wished Headquarters would do something about this franchise. We asked to refresh the cup, not even for a replacement, and were sent on our way with nasty looks - unbelievable bad demeanor ! Go to Flanders or Chester and such experience does not happen....... Don't try the food, it's done with no passion for the client. Figure that one pays a good Buck for the drink and food and this is what one gets !

Not a Dunkin fan usually, but stopped in to grab a treat for a little that I watch. I grabbed a frozen coffee and an amazing blueberry muffin. Great service.
We LOVE DD - but not this one ! Having supported them through the Choronavirus pendanmic, these people are unfriendly and inconsistant. Place is sticky, food is presented in an uncaring manner. icecream has aftertast, donuts are past their prime at times, coffe is mostly not as ordered. One gets the vibes that they rather not serve. No wonder the lines are long in Flanders and Chester - there they know your name and are the most acommedating folks who are happy to see you. We would give 5-Star minus if this was possible.

Ordered a Baskin Robbins 9 inch ice cream cake with custom writing. Went to pick up the cake a day later. Store was clean and well maintained. Wow, what a cake. Perfect. Really nice decorating and presentation. Had some last night. The cake and ice cream were top shelf. Delicious! Treat yourself right.

The chai tea latte I got wasn't mixed properly and had some flavorings still unmixed in and at the bottom of the cup. It was pretty unpleasant to get to the bottom and then it just be bitter. I don't get how you can mess this up.

I'm done with this location. They close too early, are inconsistent and do not align with the hours posted on Google. I've visited 3 times when Google said they were open and they were actually closed, and we're talking about reasonable times on a Saturday before 6pm when Google said they are open until 7pm. Really frustrating.
