I checked out this restaurant over the weekend and was glad I did. I went later in the day and there was plenty of seating available. You seat yourself and get your own drinks, and cutlery but they provide chopsticks at the table. This is a BYOB restaurant. A server came out with tea right away (tasty). This place is an absolute hidden gem!! Lowkey wanted to keep it to myself and my friends but they deserve all the recognition. We came for lunch, the crispy chili chicken is probably one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had. The flavor was 11/10. A FLAVOR BOMB. The homestyle tofu was always my favorite and they execute it perfectly every time. The chili oil was actually spicy too. We came here randomly based on reviews and timing and proximity. I grew up eating soup dumplings (aka xiao long bao, aka XLB) all my life in Chinatown. These arent bad at all and will satisfy your needs. I also enjoyed the other dishes. We ordered 4 steamers of xlb., spicey wonton, scallion pancakes, meat scallion pancakes, ribs, the eggplant dish and dan dan noodles..
