Our Christmas Eve was a huge success thanks to them. Their Chicken Francaise was perfect along with delicious Cavatelli & Broccoli. Enormous portions. And their subs by the foot were the best. Everyone raved about them. Highly recommend

Very unassuming spot, but I popped in here for lunch one afternoon. Their special was breaded chicken sandwich, with Italian long hots, and provolone. I added balsamic because I felt it needed a dressing. The bread makes the sandwich and their bread was really great. I also had to try their rice balls (which were very good, very cheesy) and got a pound of turkey breast for home. All of the meat is fresh and high quality, and they have all types of salads and sides which all were prepared that day. Plus the hand-pulled mozzarella which gives them a bump in my book! I think next time I will try one of their more traditional sandwiches but overall it seems like they don't miss. Which is what you are looking for with a great Italian deli.

I've know John for over 20 years and I've been going to Appetizzios for a long time. Even though I moved down to central jersey, I always go to this deli when i'm in the area. This has to be one of the best delis in NJ. Phenomenal sandwiches. I've never had a bad one there!
