Before I went back to college after spring break, me and my family took a stop at the Colonial Diner to get some food for diner, driving into the parking lot and getting seated pretty quickly. There were a good amount of other people in the diner, so getting a seat quickly was nice. Service wasn't anything special, but I don't really mind.The atmosphere of the diner is great, a very retro feel like it just came out of the early to mid 1900s. It was a cozy vibe. We got the 21 shrimp, breakfast burger, french toast, and some fish that was a special- sorry for forgetting the name. Really liked my breakfast burger and my sister's french toast. The shrimp was pretty basic though, and I think the fish could've been seasoned a bit better (it still tasted good!).Overall a pretty good place to drop into if you're looking for an affordable bite with a nice vibe.

This review is coming from my whole family. The food here is always great and the atmosphere is always fun. Mainly, the waitress Danielle is truly one of the best people around. She brightens our day every single time and she's a great waitress and overall great person. Love her!!

Nice people but the last 2 times I walked in with my wife I ordered Taylor ham and the response was sorry papi no more Taylor ham dude what diner does not have Taylor ham come on now from now on I'll call ahead. Disappointing

We went for an early breakfast this morning to try to beat the crowd. It's not big but they move people in and out at a good clip. I had the breakfast burger rare which comes with bacon, fried egg, and cheese. It was incredibly good. Tender and delicious and the egg ran out perfectly on the soft bun. The fries were very crispy and brown. Service was great. Highly recommend this diner.

Old school diner with great food! Had the corned beef hash with over easy eggs. I asked they cook my home fries done super crispy, and the waiter offered to deep fry them. Yes!!! That's the extra you want. The multigrain bread for my toast was delicious. The eggs and hash were wonderful - but honestly it was the home fries and toast that put it over the top. Service was great. Nice touch was that the place is full of locals and nice people who chat between tables. Just a nice way to spend a lazy Sunday morning.
