Not sure what was going on there on Sunday but that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Dunkin, payed for my drink and left without it and my money because I was very upset.First he forgot to put espresso in my iced latte, then gave me a latte with all milk barely any espresso....never again!
I've come to this location 3xs and every time the coffee is just not good. 3xs it's been different employees making it and none of them know how to make a basic ice coffee with caramel and cream. Basic, nothing fancy. But they have managed to mess it up each time. Hence I will definitely not be returning after today.

Not sure if they continuously get orders wrong because they're kids or because they're not trained right...I've ordered iced caramel lattes at Dunkin' Donuts all over New Jersey and I've never had them ignore what i specifically ordered LOL.... no whip cream, no pumps of caramel, no cinnamon sugar...AND i ordered LESS ice...Not ordering from here again.
