I ordered a custom cake from Lyndhurst Pastry Shop and it was perfect! They walked me through everything over the phone. They went above and beyond by adding flowers to the cake, just beautifully decorated. So delicious, too. The person on the phone was lovely, and the customer service in store when I went to pickup was amazing as well! Just super<3

A classic bakery. After being subjected to the upstate NY version of the napoleon, where they cake them with Little Debbie frosting (and is true all along the Thruway corridor), it was wonderful to come into the domain of the real napoleon. Cream fillings are superb.Great service, great pastries. Yummy.

Something is going on at LPS. I've been going here for years and the quality is going downhill. Everything looks good but has no taste. I know ingredient cost has gone way up but you have to maintain quality. I recently got a cannoli there and it tasted more like whipped cream than a real cannoli filling. WTF!

My Grandma used to bring me here as a kid, every birthday would be celebrated with a cannoli cake, or we’d make a trip over for some yum-yum vanilla Italian ice. The pastries are my absolute favorite thing, you can never go wrong with a cannoli, sfogliatelle or eclair from here. I live in PA now, so I only get to stop in occasionally but every time I do it’s like a little taste of heaven and my childhood all in one. This place is a gem.

Ordered a special occasion cake with photo on it for my daughters engagement party. The pastry shop has been a staple in my area for decades. Traditional Italian pastry, cookies and cakes as well as breads. The cake I ordered was a double half sheet cake. Plenty of chocolate filling, cake itself was ok and whipped cream icing held up surprisingly well considering it sat out for a few hours prior to being served. Decorations on cake we're a bit underwhelming considering the price of it. Picture was nicely done. Everyone loved the cake.

I would it give a 5 start but the lady who was serving the Italian ice cream today was not corteus at all. It seem that she either didn't like us or she was having a bad day. Very rude. I have been to this place many times before with my children and we had young kids serve us with smile.
