We have been customers for a while now , but today it was not good! I placed an order at 10 am to be delivered at 1130 a plain cheese pizza for a toddler school, it arrives 1230pm I called to make a new order for pick up cause the kids lunch was almost over and they haven’t had anything to eat ! The lady who answered the phone rude! I told her what’s going on and she said he left a while ago just wait I told her again what was going on and she says I don’t know what to tell you whenever he gets there sent him back then and hangs up ! I was not asking for anything free I was going to pay for a new pie to pick up for the kids and she doesn’t take my order she just tells me wait and send him back ! What are the children supposed to eat ! Not good customer service at all is unacceptable!

Service was HORRENDOUS and food was subpar. We sat down and it took about 7 minutes for someone to talk to us… and yes many of them saw us there waiting. A girl working behind the counter yelled over and said I can take your order from here. Mind you we were sitting at a table to be waited on, not yell our order over the counter… when our server finally came over to us, we ordered a pasta dish and a slice. The pasta dish looked like a soup so my mother said it would better if we had some bread. The italian spots I’ve been to, we get bread with a pasta dish. I asked another server for bread (not the one who was serving us because he was no where to be found). The server asked us “You want MORE bread?” …. Sir, what bread? We did not receive ANY bread, I said. When he came back with the bread, he slammed it on the table. We didn’t get straws with our drink while other tables did. Food was okay so that’s why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. Never coming here again. Go to Ninos by the area instead. Nicer crew and food is better.

I’ve been a customer here for many years I don’t live nearby anymore I decided to stop by for a hot antipasto, and a calzone add ham , for pickup. A simple order. I was overcharged and even though the girls at the counter read me the prices because I wanted to verify they were correct when I realized I was overcharged they couldn’t figure out the tax calculation. 20.95 +2.00+9.95 =$32.90 + 7%tax at 2.30 =$35.20. I was charged $39.80I won’t be returning after coming her for over 15years, it’s a shame because I do enjoy the food. The 2 teenage girls at the front register were busy talking to themselves and have no customer service skills at all. I’m a busy mom at the end of the day the last thing I want to do is argue with people that tax in NJ on $32.90 isn’t nearly $5 never mind take the time to write a review. I wasn’t given an itemized receipt either.

Just left the restaurant I come here all the time, a regular the food is great the atmosphere and workers are amazing but in the years I’ve been going out to dinner I have never seen such a hard hustling young woman by the name of Maria I believe her name was, by far best services I’ve had in a long time, if you ever visit this establishment make sure Maria is you’re waitress!

For a $20 pasta to be as bland & low effort as what was delivered was absurd. Food was lukewarm when delivered & was severely underwhelming for the price. Hopefully this place can do better in the future.Garlic knots were pretty good… after I had to reheat them. Please do better if you’re going to charge that much.

This is the worst pizza I ever order . There was absolutely no cheese all sauce and very wet . If you read this review don’t order from this place . This place should be shut down for ever and who made this pizza should clean toilets instead . When I called back to complain no one answered. My whole night was ruined. If can give a negative stars review I would .

We have gotten to know our waitress pretty well and we love the food. My wife and I are pretty picky about food, but we have never sent anything back there. Their pizza is top quality. It's always fresh, and there is a full bar too. I had seven fish for the first time there. Check out the picture!
