Had Volcano Roll, Sunny Roll - it was a delivery order. Food was overall good for the price. I do think that there were too much rice on the rolls. They used to make rolls smaller which I enjoyed, and inside (fish, tempura, etc) to outside (rice, sauce, etc) proportion was great, but now I think outside is too big for the inside.

I found this place on Door Dash and the food was good, I loved the peach tea but they just forgot my chopsticks but when I visit New Jersey again I will definitely order again

This place used to be amazing but went downhill. The guy had a horrible attitude and loaded my poke bowl up with wasabi after I confronted him about my pickup order not being ready (or even started) by the quoted time. The fish was chewy and quality of ingredients was poor, which is very concerning for a sushi place, they lost a customer today. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to risk food poisoning.

I ordered to go. To be honest I don't think I had an option. The inside was SO dark and it looked like there was no dining room. I honestly couldn't tell it was open from the outside, thankfully there is an OPEN neon sign. Anyway, the salmon roll was disappointing. Rice just kept falling off the roll. Definitely not properly made. The shrimp tempura roll was just okay. I like that they put a lot of eel sauce but I read one other review about it being too sweet and I agree. I am disappointed though because the reviews from years ago seemed as though this place was great and now all recent reviews say it's gone completely downhill.

The website states "dine-in, pick-up, and delivery." Went there to dine in, only to walk in and see chairs stacked on top of tables. One of the employees said that dining in was not an option (clearly). They need to update what the website states.

No seating, no Sashimi, no bowls, two girls in their early 20s made the food outside of the kitchen on the counter next the register, one girl seemed sweet the other had quite the attitude for someone telling me half the menu is unavailable. Nobody was in the kitchen the lights were off everywhere but by the front door where the register is so close there’s maybe room for 5 people to stand. When I commented maybe they shouldn’t be open the one girl scoffed, if I wasn’t watching her I would be worried she spit in my food. This was at 3pm on a Monday, if your spending 14 dollars for tiny rolls you should definitely go elsewhere. I trust shoprite significantly more than two random college girls.

my family and I have ordered here every single week for the last 10 years. we spend minimum $100 a week and only get sushi from this place. The past 3 months has increasingly decreased in quality, availability of fish and customer service. The rolls are so sloppy and fall apart when you try to pick them up. Every single week they pick and choose which rolls they want to make, this week no flower roll and no sushi orders - reason? Not making today- but have the ingredients. As loyal customers we still ordered and to no surprise, couldn't pick up a single piece and the fish on top looked like it was hacked by a chainsaw and covered 25% of the top of the roll. They are unfriendly when you call, huff when you place orders and refuse to make rolls they say available on the menu. Very sad to say we will no longer order from here ever again. We've made excuses on poor quality since we've always went there but can no longer justify begging this restaurant to make weekly orders and the horrible quality we get back. what happened to this place?!
