Beware this is strictly drive through place for cars. NO RESTROOMS. Also it is very small so if there is high volume of cars, expect to get a long queue. Finally, it is very tricky to enter so beware as this is a very dangerous intersection.

When I arrived, I didn't realize that this is a drive-thru / mobile order only Starbucks. This location has no inside whatsoever: There is a drive-thru window and a walk-up, mobile order window. However, there is outside seating with several tables and chairs. Since it opened, I've noticed this location. It's well maintained, the outdoor patio area is lovely with it's colorful, ornamental cabbage, and it has an overall modern feel. So even though I had never placed a mobile order, I decided today I'd give it a try. It was pretty easy. Once I figured out how to do it, my order was ready quickly. I must add that both employees who came to the window to help me were exceptionally friendly. Since it was drizzling, I wasn't unable to sit on the patio. However, I was able to enjoy my drink in my car, and I wasn't the only one. This location has ample parking and I noticed several people eating and drinking in the car.

So this is my third time going to this location last time I was in line for over 30 minutes today on my way to work I pull in at exactly 8am on the dot. Their are 3 cars infront of me so I'm 4th in line (incase you can't do math like the dude at the window) by the time I get to the window to pay its 8:25 so I took 25 minutes to take 4 orders. Just like last time any food you order the girl says "just wait here while I check to see if we have that" this 100% is holding the lines up. I'll go back to ordering online and picking up at the clifton rt 3 location it literally takes less thank 2 minutes. Not sure how this place will last..... it honestly is just a waste of space and time. P.s. when I told the guy at the window about how long I waited he looked up at the camera and said "theirs no line now" I mean how does that help me in anyway? No common sense at all.

If I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING human beings. By that I mean RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. SO MUCH ATTITUDE & for what? Literally for NOTHING. It’s your job to take a coffee order, and to correct it if you made it incorrectly especially since we’re paying crazy money for our coffee now. $8 for a latte?! LOL so yeah i expect exceptional coffee. Not only that if you’re a drive thru ONLY, WHY ARE YOU SO DAMN SLOW? They literally take one car at a time rather than just taking each car as the line goes and service everyone as they go. And their excuse ? There’s only 2 of us when there is clearly 3-4 of them working. So if you want to wait on the drive thru line for over 15 minutes be my guest but you must leave your house 30 minutes earlier than usual so you’re not late to work or whatever else.I also forgot to add even if you mobile order you’d have to order 30 minutes prior because you get there and have to WAIT still another 10-20 minutes. Literally the SLOWEST starbucks i’ve ever been to!

Definitely situated in an odd location in Lyndhurst and is not the most easy to navigate a vehicle through. After getting frustrated, I just got smarter and park my car on the street or in the nearby Burger King lot and walk up to the window to get my order. Not the most convenient, but it saves a lot of time and it is much easier to get your order quick and get out. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. It may be a pain, but at least there is a Starbucks in Lyndhurst with close proximity to Route 3.

It was good when it first opened but the last couple of months this location is a disaster to get through. I have to block out 30 minutes minimum in my morning if I want to stop at this Starbucks. The drive through set up is a nightmare. For some reason they only take one order at a time?? It’s ridiculous and holds up the line. No other Starbucks in the area does this. It takes so long EVERY time. I even tried to mobile order and just pick it up at the window and even that sucks bc the drive thru line gets so long you can’t leave the parking lot. I’ve finally had to just give up. I recently moved to this area and this is the closest starbz to my house BUT somehow it’s quicker if I drive to the one in East Rutherford?? Very weird and leaves me in a bad mood for the rest of my day.
