We absolutely cannot say enough of great things about this place!The meatballs! The meatballs are delicious! Eggplant parmigiana was outstanding! Eggplant was thinly cut and tasted amazing! Chicken Parmigiana. . . delicious! Cheese Ravioli. . . delicious! Baked Ziti. . . delicious!Everyone was so kind & friendly! The pizza maker, the owner and all the servers were very accommodating!We live in Northern Virginia and come to visit family in Rutherford and we make a point of having dinner at Villa Italia!Did I mention the meatballs? OMG!

DELICIOUS!!!I can not express enough what a Magnificent Pizza Joint Villa Italia really is! True old school to the core!The kitchen is right behind the counter. You can watch some of the finest tasting fresh mozzarella I've ever tasted being pulled right before your eyes. Watch a pie get tossed up in the air with talant and grace. Or see the entire kitchen staff working seamlessly together performing perfectly to bring us joy on a plate!!The owner Joe is a true Paisan, he employs neighborhood kids, giving them an opportunity to learn responsibility. And from what I've recently learned, supports little league teams and other local organizations. Just an all around great guy!Villa Italia is a true blessing to have in the neighborhood! Great food Amazing people!!!! ?Parking: You'll find a spot somewhere but you'll definitely eat good that's for certain!!

Probably one of the best places to eat around. Only person that can make broccoli rabe correctly. All his sauces have great taste. Absolutely worth it.
We love the pizza here. Delicious crust and sauce. The chicken francais and the Bolonese are tasty, and the portions are hearty.

Nice music , food wasn’t good. My baked ziti didn’t have any pasta it was all cheese. The meatball with penne was had a lot of oil. The mozzarella, tomatoes & salad was very beautiful but it had to much dressing( oil & vinegar. The bread was 5 star. The coffee was really good. Prices are excellent. Next time I will ask for no dressing on the salad. I will come back because I know how to order.

Villa Italia. BEST CHICKEN FRANCESE we have had anywhere. The sauce is delicious! Friendly staff, nice family owned atmosphere that is a neighborhood staple. Every one should try this place. It gives the high end Italian restaurants in the area a run for their money. My son tried Chix parm everywhere he also said it was beyond good. So there. Discovery found and noted.
