Not good. Bagels were not good and the sandwich was not made well. This place desperately needs to learn what it means to "put love into " take a trip to Staten Island and try a bagel before opening a bagel place.

Undersized raisin bagel with 2 lowly rains. Asked if I wanted it toasted; said no, but after a 5 minute wait it came toasted anway...Coffee was not fresh and way too hot.DO NOT RECOMMEND!Parking: On busy street with little parking.

very family friendly environment. adding to the fact that the food was top notch, the gentlemen are very nice and helpful. Honestly, I was thinking about going to madison bagel today but i am beyond excited to have tried this place because of the great customer turnover.Kid-friendliness: very family friendly environment. seems like a very homie place, adding to the fact that the food was top notch. This place has earned my business for life. Went in yesterday just as they were closing (it was past 2 p.m. but they still let me order) and left with my soup and bagel in a brown bag. Got home, walked in door, bag broke and soup went all over living room floor. Went back today and told them what happened and they quickly replaced the soup with no charge. This is true customer service from a local business. I picked up more bagels and this will be my go-to bagel shop for the next decade. Thanks guys for being so kind and accommodating to my disappointing soup situation.

The people working there were very friendly and that's about all that was good about my stop there. Unfortunately the bagel was small and super tough and they were cheap with the cream cheese. With all the great bagel shops around, I would not come back here for bagels.

Walked in 1 hour before they were scheduled to close. The guy at the counter acted like he was put out for taking my order. Another employee locked the front door 15 min after I arrived, which prevented another customer from coming in (45 min before they close!).I ordered a Taylor ham and cheese.and there was more cheese than TH!I get that you have had a long day, but the customer's money at the end of the day is just as good as the first.

Absolutely disgusting. My wife and I ordered two bagel sandwiches, one with tuna, one with chicken salad. We took one look at them and threw them straight into the garbage.

Old school bagel shop in the heart of Madison. I grabbed an iced coffee before heading into a cooking class at Healthy Italia. The woman who got my coffee was very friendly, and the place was inviting. Seemed to have a lot of regulars. Coffee was smooth, tasty and they have syrups (vanilla, caramel and tiramisu as the ones I remember). Very reasonably priced and I'd welcome trying a breakfast sandwich next time I'm in town. Plus they're open early, which is rare for this town on a weekend.
