I order my salad through Uber eats and they sent my salad with no salad dressing and I specifically checked the box to have one sent and I wven put in the comments for my driver to ask for two dressings. Please train your staff to pack carry out orders correctly I paid good money for my meal only not to be able to eat it! I just wasted my money! ?

Giving 2 stars for food bc Chipotle objectively tastes yummy but 1 star for this location. I frequent Chipotle at least once a month in various locations mainly in Massachusetts. Let me just say I was APPALLED by this Chipotle I visited. The workers don’t bother to say hello to you and silently give attitude when you ask for a little extra. Now I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal until I ordered through the app. The. Portions. Are. TINY. Barely any rice, beans, or meat. Now granted, I understand that you can ask for “extra portions” through the app. However, it felt like I received “less” portions of absolutely everything. I felt like if I wanted a regular sized meal I would have been forced to pay for “extra”. For the first time in my LIFE I was still hungry after finishing my bowl. I genuinely couldn’t find my chicken at first. And the bowl was cold. Not warm. COLD. Rice, beans, meat, anything that is supposed to be warm was not. Fortunately the half filled queso I requested to accompany the chips that I didn’t recieve WAS warm. So, thank you Chipotle of Madison NJ for giving me another reason to hate this state

Dont even think about ordering via mobile or add at least 15-20 minutes to the time they give you.Just went in person, got a good amount of rice and beans and a tiny spoon full of meat. This wasn't the first time. I asked "is that all" and server shrugged her shoulders and passed the burrito down. At least the person folding it didn't have a problem folding it because it was so small! Very unsatisfying lunch.

Honestly the worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to. It always looks like a mess, during high traffic times they never have rice ready and claim it’ll be 20 minutes before the next batch, the people who work there are always rude and act like I’m burdening them, they give you a hard time when you ask for a water cup, the list goes on. The one is East Hanover is worlds better—take the extra time to go to that one. I’ll never be back to the one in Madison.

Due to my job, I am required to drive around jersey and sometimes for lunch I love to get chipotle. Many which has disappointed me and fortunately I’ve tried this one before, which it wasn’t the best. But this chipotle now…? This is the one. WHOEVER. They have in management NOW. Has ENTIRELY flipped the store around. The atmosphere is immaculate. Super clean. The portions are good. I have not a single complaint about this chipotle compared to the way it was when I visited a few months ago. Whoever resides nearby. This is the BEST chipotle I have ever visited.

I just happened to visit this restaurant when school let out early because of snow, and it was jammed with school kids. With that said the staff did an amazing job at servicing the massive amount of people and the food was great. Just wish the place was larger cause there was nowhere to sit so I ate in the car. That is not a "ding"! Good for them to be in the right neighborhood.Parking: 2 hour shared parking lot
