Went here today with my mom and boyfriend. Literally ordered sooo much food (almost the whole menu) and everything was phenomenal. We all got a fistbump. This guy knows his sauce. Very classy and cute truck too.Vegetarian options: Falafel and veggie quesadillas!Dietary restrictions: He was able to take out ingredients we couldn't have / didn't want. Explained how things were prepared. Awesome dudeParking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: This guy is so nice, seriouslyWheelchair accessibility: In a parking lot with lots of room, relatively flat.

Food is really good! Lobster roll, quinoa salad, chimichura steak sandwich is very good!. 1 picnic table, IFO the laundromat, not a serene park with ambiance, but hey, you can drop off your dry cleaning and have lunch.. multi-tasking! VETERAN OWNED, you can't go wrong!

This is the GOAT of Food trucks! The food is prepared & cooked to perfection. Generous portions with a nice selection of options. I had the fish tacos over basmati rice with the tabbouleh salad. Also tried the crab cake sandwich with fries. Excellent! The staff is super friendly. Plenty of on site parking. Most do takeout but if the weather is nice there is a picnic table to dine al fresco. Highly recommend.

The food is spectacular! I've had lobster rolls from around the world and this is honestly the best one. The BBQ Brisket is also delicious. The homemade sauces are incredible.

Heard it's under new ownership to a veteran. Noticed driving during early evening hours food truck was still open with lights on! Haven't had one of their rolls in a while but it was increadable! I really liked the large chuncks of lobster in the roll with the thinly sliced jalapeños. The salad still great as usual! Definitely be returning more often!
Went to Seymour’s for the first time and had a great experience. I met Ian who is a really nice guy and ordered the crab cake sandwich w a salad. It was excellent. While I was eating in my car Ian came over and gave me a French fry to try and it was as good as he said it would be. Can’t wait to return and try something else. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

The chicken was delicious, the fries were perfectly crispy, and his smile on his face made my day. Keep up the great work! I give you 5 Stars".I totally agree with him. Friendly environment with even better food. Everything on the menu looked and sounded amazing. I went with the brisket grilled cheese - flavorful and filling. Biggest mistake was me taking it to go. Fries as a side were seasoned to perfection. Next time I’m in the area I will be coming back.
