The food is amazing!!! You wouldn't expect it from the outside of the place. I've had two sandwiches from there and plan to to get to each sandwich at one point. I have yet to be disappointed.

Tasty food!m, very non-assuming location, definitely a diamond in the rough!

Walked in the restaurant and knew instantly that the food would be good no matter what I got. The smell of the food was amazing. Got a few different sandwiches and all of them were great. Cheesesteak, BLT, and Italian. Excellent fries too!!

It’s been way too long since I last stopped by the Slamwich Scratch Kitchen, so today I ordered for takeout the "BBQ Ribwich" for my wife and I got the "Pop That Pastrami" Slamwich, both had a lot of flavor and were delicious.

We used to love this place. The last two times we went the meat was dry and tasteless. We got the duck and the pork. Everyone raved about the duck but it must have been leftover because certainly wasn't fresh. The bread is still delicious. We won't be back.

The food here is great and they are super accommodating to food allergies. As it is in the name, everything is made of scratch so that is a huge help for someone who may have more severe allergies. Their burger and fries are delicious, however the food can be a bit greasy and filling. I still definitely recommend this place for lunch. Just be careful to plan a early lunch for this place since it closes pretty early (they don't have dinners). Also try to park in the Stop and Shop lot as street parking on Main is a disaster. The service is great and the people that work here are super nice. I've never had any issue with my severe dairy allergy here so I definitely recommend any parents that has a child with a food allergy to give this place a try!

The sandwiches are delicious but the dining area is incredibly dirty. Everything from the high chairs and tables to the floor was sticky and obviously dirty. I wouldn't dine in again. I recommend you get your food to go.

I went here with my wife today. Duck sandwiches were great. Food was impressive. Chef Sam should be proud of the food but that is were it ends. The place overall was dirty and had bugs flying all over. Huge bee inside when trying to eat. Not a single table was clean when we ate. Dirty and full of crumbs with ketchup on them. The dingy old diner look is cozy but it was not clean and you can see how dirty the kitchen was from where we were seated. Although a different concept from White Birch its parent restaurant it should be treated with the same attention to detail. I am in the business for my career as well. I hope the concept gets moved to a new location or renovated to attract a more main stream clientele so this culinary gem can actually survive.

VERY solid sandwiches but can also be pretty greasy (in a good way) depending on what you order. The location is small but pick up is really simple and the staff are super nice to chat with.

Don't judge a book by its cover! Looks like a tiny, old-school (dare I say abandoned) Diner but inside is a simple yet innovative sandwich menu. I had the Mizz Piggy and loved it!Friendly staff helped me track down my missing phone too, thanks again guys.

This was our first time here. We tried the cheesesteak, mac n cheese, pastrami, and veggie egg sandwiches. All were delicious! Fries and chips were homestyle and also great. Amazing food AND service. The owner was very nice. We will definitely be stopping back our next time through!

This is my kind of place. It's a small hole in the wall but everything is scratch made. From the pickles to the rolls everything is crafted in house. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The fresno chiles gave it a little heat without being overbearing. It also has house made pickles on it. As for the in house made roll... Amazing. This isn't right around the corner for me but I can't wait to come back and try more of these fantastic scratch made sandwiches!
