“Alright! Where do i begin?! There were 4 people behind the counter and when i walked in, all four greeted me. The manager greeted at the ordering station and didnt overwhelm me to order my food as this was the first time being there. He asked me if id like any suggestions and we landed on the chicken platter with spicy chickpeas rice and cole slaw. Everything about this bowl was immaculate. The chicken was well seasoned and spiced, the chick peas were tender and savory, and the rice was such a great compliment to the protein. I also ordered their fries because why not!The portion size was generous but not overbearing. They had the mexican coke glass bottles which was a great choice to wash the food down with. I got the brown to top it all off and it was amazing. Chipotle, Qdoba, Halal Guys even have nothing on Juicy Platters. I definitely will be coming back with the family!“

“Nirvana Indian Kitchen exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was out of this world. From the tender tandoori chicken to the rich and creamy paneer tikka masala, every dish was bursting with flavor. Can't wait to visit again!“

“This place is a bit confusing because it's advertised online as an Indian restaurant and a diner but it's not either of those things. The inside atmosphere and the menu options are that of a restaurant, not a diner, and none of it is Indian. The food is excellent - many good salad and burger options, and great dinner entrees. Everything I've ever ordered from here has been good, is ready super fast, has always been correct, and packed well with condiments, etc for a to-go order. The hardest part of ordering/visiting here is there is never any parking. The parking lot next to the entrance is owned by another company and blocked off prohibiting access. Any time I have to pick up an order to go, I have to park down at the post office (about two blocks away), but the food has been consistently good so I will continue to order from here as long as I'm not in a rush.“

“A personable, high quality and wonderful experience from the minute we walked in. Aditya was taking care of our table and he did a phenomenal job in taking care of all the individual requests pertaining to diet restrictions, choices and requirements. The owner took his time to come to our table and speak with us which was a genuine approach and care for their customers.Talking about food, I was shocked at the quality in a good way. While dal Bukhara is their famous dal, dal fry was not far behind either. It was well cooked and flavorful. The palak chaat is definitely a must try as well. A ton of variety to choose from. Highly recommend booking a reservation before going in because the place is packed especially on weekends.“

Didn’t find any hot sauce as I had ordered and confirmed by the chef ?‍? twice.But what I found out was the pepper chicken zesty flavor that came as a surprise & must say it enhanced the experience.Cons:- No price disclosure or price menu chart- No mention of free soda/ water*$19* was the requested price which in my opinion is expensive.Nevertheless It did justice taste wise ? or I would have been pretty upset ? “I recently moved to jersey from nyc and one of things I missed the most is halal food. This place really hits the spot, the gyro platter is really good. The rice and meat is seasoned really well. The white sauce passes the test but the hot sauce is weak. The price isn't nyc prices but the 13 bucks you pay you get a pretty generous amount. Definitely good to coming back.“

“Amazing Afghan spot. 1) We got the mantoo dumplings, potato bolani, and vegetarian ashak for appetizers. Everything was excellent, but personal favorite was potato bolani. 2) For main courses, we got the Chapli Kabab and lamb shank with Kabuli Palau. My recommendation is the chapli kabab. 3) Will for sure come back to try their combo options.“
