This place is awesome! I went on Thursday, and they have a deal where two people get an appetizer, soup/salad, entree, and cannoli for only $40 (plus the warm, fresh bread they give you!). Such a deal! The food was awesome, and there was live music as well. I loved the atmosphere. It’s BYOB, so make sure you bring your favorite bottle of wine. Cheers!
Olivia coordinated and executed THE most incredible night of our lives - our wedding! After being left disappointed by our visit with an initial venue we had in mind, it struck me that I loved Dolce’s food and admired the countless beautiful photographs of private events I had seen posted on social media and thought - maybe, just maybe Dolce Liberta would be able to accommodate an 100 guest wedding and shut down for us.I was an anxious mess on the ride over to meet with Olivia for the first time, feeling so thrown off that the first venue I had my heart set on was just not going to be the one for us. However, only minutes into our initial discussion of possibilities for food, decor, and more, I was smiling ear to ear. I felt that click of relief and excitement- Olivia/Dolce were going to be the place my husband and I celebrated our wedding!!From there, the rest was months of fun idea-sharing and troubleshooting. Olivia was our wedding coordinator, graphic designer for our wedding invites and day-of signage & decor, menu designer, floral designer, the list goes on. I remember thinking - how on earth is Olivia wearing this many hats for our wedding and still operating the restaurant and hosting other private events?! The answer to that question became so very apparent the days leading up to the wedding and on the night of our reception- the Dolce team (although much more like a family) was willing to go above and beyond for Olivia- and my husband and I- to represent the Dolce name and give life to our dream wedding reception.The servers, food runners, greeters, the chef and line cooks behind the scenes, bar tender’s assistant, etc were all on point. But not just efficient and friendly- tremendously warm and diligent, beyond thoughtful and accommodating, and truly & undeniably caring and proud of their work and what this night meant to my (now) husband and I. Not to mention, they all brought the same energy, enthusiasm, and heartfelt execution to our on-site after party as well!!Olivia and her team are responsible for hosting the most magical and FUN night of our lives. The words “thank you” will never feel sufficient enough. James & I will never forget 3/16/24 at Dolce Liberta, and neither will our guests (whom ranted and raved about the happy hour spread, dinner selections, service, and atmosphere that night - and still are these days thereafter.) The great thing I love is you can place an order when they are closed like 2pm and have it delivered at your doorstep when you come home from work. Of course the food is always amazing and still hot. Tasty and delicious.

Words can't express the level of service, attentiveness, diligence, respect, kindness...and quality of food my wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing on our big day!Let me tell you- as the groom, what a relief it was to watch Olivia and my wife excitedly discuss the decor for our big day. Olivia was on point from the start, guiding us through a process we were learning as we went. The tasting we did before the wedding was amazing. We felt like royalty!I really could keep going, as no detail was left behind in the experience we had that day. I'm completely impressed with the staff that served us and our guests. This is in addition to the overwhelming amount of positive comments we got about the venue and experience, which are still coming in as we speak. If you are looking for safe, gluten-free, high-quality, delicious Italian food, I cannot be more enthusiastic about Dolce Liberta in Manahawkin. After religiously ordering from them via GrubHub and UberEats, my fiancé Chris and I finally went in last night for Valentine's Day, and it was a dream come true. Despite the place being totally packed, the seating was super comfy, and there was ample room to breathe. I'd assumed it would be a long wait, but our appetizer came out in under 2 minutes! I have SEVERE Celiac Disease that affects me neurologically and have been completely gluten-free since my diagnosis in 2021 (after being extremely ill for a year and not knowing what was happening. I also have Graves Disease), so I am extremely cautious about where I dine out. I have ordered multiple times and never gotten sick. We do not go out to many restaurants because I am always in fear of accidents and having to leave. It is so very nice to have some variety and that it's so close by - especially somewhere I can order pasta, such a rarity! Practically everything on the menu can be ordered in gluten-free format, including all the pasta dishes. Their GF pasta is the perfect consistency, and you will literally forget about your dietary limitations for a minute because there is no difference. There is no hardness, gummy feeling, or aftertaste whatsoever. It is perfect. That is a lot coming from me because I have tried every GF pasta under the sun and I will usually only ever eat Jovial brand at home (which is expensive and not as fun as dining out) The marinara is perfect. The seafood is fresh. The plating is gorgeous, and the portions are extremely generous (I have leftovers for 2 days). And live music too!!! The entire staff is so kind, hardworking, and helpful. They handled the busy V-day dining room like champions. Our service was so on point that I almost forgot it was a holiday. The owner Olivia is an absolute sweetheart, lovely person with a genuinely good vibe, and she does all the lovely design and decor herself as an artist (which as a fellow designer I can really appreciate). I was so excited & having such a great time that I forgot in the moment to take photos of the other dishes, so hopefully, the Creme Brulee photos will suffice Seriously, you are going to want to check this place out. I'm so happy they're open for business, and we will keep going for years to come.
