This Dunkin Donuts Rocks!! Ila and Panna are great and valued employees. They got me through the pandemic each morning as I headed out to work in the hospital. They remember customer names and orders, super friendly and always show up to the window with a smile. They push out your breakfast fast, keeping the drive thru moving along in the morning. Nothing like a coffee made right to start off your day! Keep up the good work! ?
I love my Gordon's Corner Dunkin Donuts. The team there has become like family to mine. Ila and I have watched our kids grow together. As for the shops makeover, WOW it's just amazing!!! Very very clean and inviting now. The new owner has done a great job.

I love me some Dunkin but this one consistently disappoints. The drive thru line is often out to the street, and not because there are a ton of cars, but because they are sooooo slow. The customer service is non-existent, and I often feel as though I'm bothering them with my order. I always pre order through the app and my order has never been ready when I arrived. I would rather go to the Dunkin on route 9 where they are efficient and friendly.
